Royal Style - more outfits as lockdown eases, not more black we hope

Hello, wonderful royal style fans - here's the next thread as the last one will get full soon. Please continue with the great pics, fantastic knowledge and wonderful observations!

I like HHQ's outfit for Trooping the Colour. I'm so used to seeing her in bright colours that it makes a lovely change to see her in soft grey.

I think it's the same outfit she wore to the State opening of parliament. Can't find any decent photos. I presume the people at the side of the courtyard were the other royals?
Sad to see how frail HM and the Duke of Kent are.

That's a nice one! No, I think it was Roksanda and a slimline with white detail.

I manage to miss what she wore to the Opening of Parliament so I don't know if it's the same. If so it's unusual for her to re-wear so soon.

I've just googled the state opening and it does seem to be the same but it look quite purply at parliament where as it look grey on TV today but in a couple of today's photos it look very blue. It must be magic fabric!

This on Twitter made me laugh. She looks like she's spotted someone running off with her best silver service. A beam it is not!

There's a super video of Her Maj cutting the G7 cake with a ceremonial sword instead of the proffered knife. She doesn't quite manage it, and Camilla steps in to help.

That first slice of cake will taste of Brasso, I wonder who it was served to? Probably Macron!
Then she gives the sword back, blade first!

I'm going to dissent here, I normally like Maje, but not this green dress. I don't like the handkerchief hem, and the top/cross wrap part doesn't sit properly and gapes. That drives me mad. Anyway, if anyone can pull it off, Leti can!

Not rocking Carrie's Mariachi outfit this afternoon

I read a comment somewhere else that Carrie looked like a toy soldier. Mean maybe but it gave me a laugh.

I like the style & love the colour but not keen on the side stripe.
I like how in the photo she seems to be dragging an unruly toddler along I mean Boris 😂

I could see Max rocking the outfit with sky high wedges & an enormous but interesting necklace.

I like Carrie's blouse and jacket and her hair suits her like that as a change from her usual style. The trousers would work if they were a better fit, but those just drown her.

A suit is a nice change from the floral dresses (or foul dresses? ) and the colour is great, but I'm not keen on the cut of the trousers. If they were cropped or slim fit, maybe? The slight loon pant effect reminds me of Shaggy in Scooby Doo.

I think Carrie would have looked lovely if as Maireas said, the trousers were cropped or slim fit. The colour is fab and her hair looks lovely like that.

I really like Leti's green dress, the waist is a bit odd but the print is a great summery print.

I'm with you Maireas on Leti's green dress. I like the print but can't ever condone a handkerchief hem, personally.

As for Carrie's trousers, I totally agree that a slim fit would have looked much better. I'm loathe to find positive things to say about her, but her hair does look nice up.
