finally got cheeky alice to queenpaws ! theyve been very patient waiting for it!

My SOTN is Complicated Shadows via Mrs08 and i love it though i am a big 4160 tuesdays fan! i do love the slightly musky base they use in things!

Yesterdays scent was Tom Ford - Fucking Fabulous. I didnt know what to make of this at first as i was expecting soemthing really in your face and loud and its a lot more contained than that in truth. nice leathers and soemthing almost like coriander to my nose. worth trying if you like leathers i think

SOTD 4160 Tuesdays Drive Them Wild. Not available anymore so just as well I am a bit 'meh' about it. It's a sample someone chucked in when I bought a big bottle of Dark Heart of Old Havana off them.

I keep forgetting about this thread, but hope everyone is doing ok. Sounds like tough times for a lot of us

@RazorstormUnicorn you can still get Drive Them Wild. I love it. It's unbelievably refreshing on a hot day and I like that bit of dusty 30s glamour.

Today I received my cheap as chips bottle of Ted Lapidus Rumba. Very floral, traditional, not a million miles from Houbigant Quelque Fleurs and a nice powdery finish. Under £9 for 30ml!

@MissBattleaxe I must have been misinformed! Oh well. Its nice to have a sample but not full bottle worthy for me

I was quite intrigued by the smell - definitely captures the heady days of summer. Smelt like a wildflower and grass field after a hot day.

Disappeared after about an hour on my skin though

Can I join in? Last weekend I would have said I wasn’t particularly interested in perfume having mainly worn Narciso Rodriguez since it launched and a bit of V&R Flowerbomb. I then watched a Sali Hughes video and decided I fancied trying TF Neroli Portofino and Fredric Malle POAL and have spent the week reading a couple of these threads. What have you lot done to me? I’ve now got 32 samples ordered and a couple of Avon fb blind buys. This is going to be an expensive habit!

Thank you for the welcome. I'm glad you mentioned Fragrance Samples UK as I took a bit of a punt and ordered lots from there. I then panicked in case they weren't genuine. They've despatched, as have Feel Unique so fingers crossed some arrive tomorrow so I can get testing.

I have no idea what kind of perfume I like so I've done for a bit of a scattergun approach. Hopefully there are a few I like.
