I listed a bottle of Dzing on eBay last night and it sold in 1hr
Now I'm wondering if I listed it too cheap and wondering if it's one of you

@One a lot of websites don't appear to be working well at the moment . Normally Origines are really efficient.

Sotd is Ffern Spring 20. Galbanum & lime, with something a bit earthier. Sadly it's nearly gone now after 2 hours. Spring 21 is much longer lasting.

Sotd decadence, full bottle arrived and now I’m a bit meh about it so fickle, at least it wasn’t expensive!

That other thread about what constitutes a cheap fragrance was severely distracting and now I’ve a whole pile more things on my list of samples to obtain!

SOTD yesterday was the next 4160 sample Rhubarb and Custard and I loved it!

So far my top three to do 3 X 15 ml are Fluffy Lemon Top, Rhubarb and Custard and Take Me To The River.

I also tried What I Did On My Holidays which did smell really strongly of rock you get at seaside, so I passed that sample to my friend who is currently living with us.

Still too cold for summer scents!

It's really warm here n I'm sunburnt. We're high up and south facing, with a suntrap of a patio to be fair.
I've been planting my Cosmos seeds & repotting my supermarket basil & some Dianthus. I've also planted my Ffern summer basil seeds in the little tray included with the perfume. I'm now watching DH dig out weeds while sipping a glass of Rose😁

Sotd is Eau d Hadrien by Annick Goutal.

I'm sure it doesn't last like it used to.

MissBattleaxe I've just read your blog too. I love the sound of the Pomelo Rose perfume but they don't do samples 😭.
A £75 blind buy is a bit expensive. I have the Atelier d ors Pomelo perfume and I've been wearing for years the Hermes Pamplemousse Rose, so it sounds right up my street.

@Jen I think we all get into a perfume rut from time to time. Sometimes there's just too many things going on in real life to think about perfume.

@Jenthefredo we got new windows in last week, it was so much less painful than I was expecting!

SOTD another new 4160 London 1969.

It was initially gorgeous but seems to have worn off pretty quickly on me, much like Centrepiece, so I wouldn't buy a full bottle.

I wish I could describe the scents and notes better but my nose will only identify if I like it or not! Still learning here!

I'm back in my winter perfumes - Mfk Amyris Femme.

Are newbies welcome here? I'm a bit of a super smeller and very picky about fragrances. My signature scent (Clinique Happy: In Bloom) is a limited edition and hard to find any new bottles so I'm trying to start looking for an alternative now so it's less of a wrench when it does eventually run out.

DP also has a wonderful trick of finding gorgeous yummy colognes just as they discontinue that line. So need advice there, too.

I'd love to chat places to get decent samples and what sort of stuff to look at. I've started noticing lots of tailor made perfumes being advertised at me and would love to hear what people think of them before I spend a large amount of money on them. Rook and Ffern are the two that have pricked my interest. Any thoughts?

Anyway. Sorry for totally barging in. If I've broken unspoken rules do let me know. I read the first couple of pages but it didn't give me any real clues

I'm afraid it's not one I'm familiar with.
