SOTD byredo velvet haze, I bought a sample a while back and have given it a few tries but its not love for me. I don't like the opening and even though theres something behind it that I do like I just cant get past the opening, theres a really gentle floral in the background that I can catch if I smell my wrists, but in the air I don't get it. If anyone wants to try it I'll happily post it on as a traveller although I appreciate I haven't given it much of a sell! I'm not generally a coconut appreciator though so maybe if coconut is up your street you might like it.

My AG cloud sample is now gone but I'm not getting an fb - there is a note in it that was bothering me and I've checked it out on fragrantica its the coconut 🤮
But I've enjoyed wearing it the last few days.
Its grey and overcast here today so I might wear clean reserve sueded oud which I'm also nearly out of. I've enjoyed wearing this "diet" version of mmm BTF very much.
I need to keep out of my ds1s way today as he's revising all-day for his final A level exams tomorrow...what an utter shitshow the DofE and Ofqual have been this year...I feel so sorry for the students and staff.

@Oneeyeopen I haven't tried that Jean Patou but if you find any, grab it as they are no longer in production. I have a 1985 bottle of Jean Patou 1000 and I love it. A classic floral aldehyde with hyacinth and violets. You can still find Jean Patou, but when stocks are dried up, that's it.

Its been horrific tbh :(
Normal exams would have been so much less stressful.
But...its done.
He's exhausted.
