What colour is my new hair?

I asked for copper/auburn and they used intense copper blonde mixed with something else.

To me, this looks purple/auburn? I struggle a bit with colours but definitely not what I expected.

Burgundy? X

On my phone it looks copper and absolutely stunning!
Definitely no purple.

Don't see purple, I would say a dark auburn.

Reddy/auburn but it’s beautiful op I really like it. However if you’re not convinced go back, I’ve gone back and the hair dresser thanked me for being brave enough to say I wasn’t keen (it wasn’t what I’d asked for at the front) I still felt bad but they sorted what I didn’t like and I’m happy with the service and care I received.

Deep Garnet - at least that’s the colour on the emergency Olio box I keep in case my hairdresser has to close again.

It's a dark auburn. It's gorgeous. Was it a drastic colour change? It can take a bit of time for you to get used to it, and depending on the colour you had previously your hairdresser may not have been able to get it as light as you were hoping this first time. If you feel you'd prefer it to be a bit lighter you can ask for that next time or ask to add a few more golden copper baby lights around your face perhaps?

I cant see anh purple. Would say an Auburn colour. It looks great!

Oh wow it looks very purple/dark auburn to me! A few years ago I discovered I see green and red shades a bit differently to most people. I am now wondering if the same applies to purple!

@ohidoliketobe I suppose so, I was more strawberry blonde/copper this morning. Imo it doesnt look quite like was on the chart so I suppose it was mixed with something.

I do like it, just not exactly what I had in mind. It feels so healthy now I have got rid of the blonde highlights!

It almost definitely will fade to a lighter colour within 2 weeks, so by Xmas it will be a light auburn colour with lovely coppery lowlights, gorgeous condition though

@TheGirlWhoLived I can't remember the last time my hair was this beautifully shiny! This is the first time I went to this new hairdresser. She was half the price of my last one and much better. A small family run salon. I will certainly let return.

I hope it will fade a bit by xmas. I do still see purple but oh well! Glad it looks nice ha ha

There’s deffo no copper in there! It’s purplish-auburn. Black cherry type colour. It’s really nice, but if I’d asked for copper I’d not feel I’d got what I’d asked for. Copper is warm-toned whereas this is definitely more cool-toned.

Lovely! I can see it may have golden blond high lights.
