What colour is my new hair?

I asked for copper/auburn and they used intense copper blonde mixed with something else.

To me, this looks purple/auburn? I struggle a bit with colours but definitely not what I expected.

but right now her hair is not auburn or copper.

It's also not black Cherry.

WhatAboutTheRoses · 13/12/2020 14:26

It has more red in it, but it’s closer to black cherry than copper IMO 🤷🏽‍♀️

Deep, rich mahogany.

Blondiney · 13/12/2020 19:40

I see copper and purple.

I see a shade between copper and auburn. In fact if you type copper auburn into google you’ll find lots similar to your colour. It’s definitely warm toned. Not seeing purple. I’m in an area where seeing correct colours is critical so fingers crossed I’m right Grin

I love it. Are you naturally a red head? What colour was your hair before and was it an all over colour? Sorry for all the questions but I love it and would love this colour X

Definitely Whatabouttheroses third picture. I'm trying to decide if no one knows what natural red hair looks like or there's some weird eye/screen thing going on.

After more than 3 weeks, this is what the colour looks like now. A better colour I think.

The only issue is the colour looks less even/there are different shades as the lighter blonde highlights are showing through a bit again.

You could put a Josh Wood gloss on it ? That would give it a more even colour without any damage as it is a wash-out glaze.

Not as orange as I would ask for. Much more reddy/purple rather than yellow/orange.
