Pyjamas. I'm wearing pyjamas!

Hi all, busy day again today so I’m only just getting round to posting. Chuffing freezing here too, though only a dusting of snow. I have however decided to forego my runs for the next few days for fear of going arse over tit on any ice!

I’ve gravitated back to my Sugarhill Brighton knitted dress, which I swear is the warmest thing I own right now!

Hi everybody. Hope you are all well. Everyone seems to be looking great as usual and some lovely outfits here. I'm still slobbing around in a selection of leggings jeans and thick jumpers as absolutely freezing here at the moment. Predicted a lot of snow for next 48 hours so we will see. So past 3 days outfits are bleurghhh.

Anyway have had to put off doing my curated closet book until later as you need a record of what you wear each day. Mine would be monotonous at the moment.

Unrelated. Not inspired by another thread. Has anyone got any pieces from Wyse London? Have fallen in love with a dress but it is £££ and not sure if it is worth it.

Been in the office today. Not very inspiring but I like this outfit as I feel comfortable and warm!

@Gotheeunicorns those black culottes look great with your DMs. I also bought a pair of those because people kept flaunting them and looking lovely on this thread :(

@MerlinsButler I don't count your clothes as slobbing, you look great! I should have posted yesterday's joggers and sweatshirt so you could see real slobbing

Sorry meant to say @toastfiend sorry you've not been well and dh isn't there to help - that was always the bit I loathed about have very young kids because they are totally depended on you for everything. Lots of screen, CBeebies, mindless snacking and building cushion houses while you lie on the sofa in order!

I’m not sure I can actually remember the last time I didn’t wear boots. It’s definitely been a grey, wet winter.

Jumper: Jigsaw
Culottes: Phase Eight (they’re dark green)
Boots: Doc Martens

With obligatory thermal base layers (M&S) underneath!

So all the access roads are closed. Sainsbury's refunded my order. The earliest I can rebook for is Sunday. The bugger is it was our monthly order of vegan stuff for DD which we cannot easily get locally in the little shops here. Oh well. She's going to be living on crumpets for a few more days. DH and I can eat from the dregs of the freezer. Did I mention how much I hate the winter?

Our boiler is broken and I am freeeeeeezing cold.

@Crayfishforyou oh no, hope it gets fixed quickly! I’d be spending the day under the duvet on the sofa!

Hope the roads clear quickly @Sooverthemill, the thaw has definitely set in here though we only ended up with a couple of inches in the end.

I’m a walking FatFace advert again today, both dress and cardigan (plus socks over tights to keep my toes warm!) from there!

Posting not because I'm proud of my clothes today, but just to contribute.

Everything I am wearing is very old but warm. And I have a base layer of compression stockings (my veins are completely messed up after having DD, but at least the stockings are extra insulation!).

Leggings: at least 10 years old from a tiny clothes shop in a small US town

Boiler is fixed, but I’m still stuffing my tiny dog into my hoodie as he’s so warm and comfy and I love him

Burgundy floral dress from Collectifclothing. Rose shoes from Lulu hun,so pretty that I'm wearing them about the house just for the hell of it. Jenny cardigan from Vivien of Holloway and fingerless gloves because my house is freezing.

My second Whistles sale parcel has arrived. Corduroy dress - very soft material. Plus six (yes SIX) functional pockets - possibly some kid of record! I think I like it. I’ll try it on again later before making a final decision.

Ok, yet more snow. And a power cut last night. Winter is still here for sure. Have had to resort to wearing shoes round the house as missing normal footwear - given I only leave the house just now to walk the dog..
Another pair of Anthropologie velvet joggers today. These are more voluminous than my others and probably make me look bigger than I am, but they are soooo comfy! Boots are by Ash - really miss my heels! Sweatshirt from Topshop (from back in the day when I actually went into shops…)

@Crayfishforyou @dellacucina @CaveMum you all look sound / so cozy and comfy in your outfits. Love the idea of a dog for added warmth @Crayfishforyou. Boiler sounds a nightmare. My Partner is a gas engineer and it is boiler season right now. So busy as everyone's seems to breakdown at the first cold snap we have. Hope you get it sorted quickly.

@Purplecatshopaholic I love your outfit. Those joggers look great and the Ash boots are to die for. I miss my heels too. I've worn flat boots and wellies and occasionally trainers since lockdown began. Maybe I'll start wearing real shoes while I'm working.

@OublietteBravo - I haven't been in Whistles since I started working from home 3 years ago. You are a bad influence. I'm now on the website. Lol. I love that cord dress , 6 pockets is a dream. Love your culottes and docs outfit too. You always look so stylish.

@Sooverthemill sorry to hear about your food shopping. Must be so frustrating. Your white company jumper and outfit look like you are dressed for the weather though. Stylish and comfy / cosy.

@MrsBobDylan you are too kind. It's when I add in my fluffy socks and an extra jumper I hit slobsville.

Snow overnight here so very cold today. So definitely slobsville outfit of dog walking jeans. Jumper and wellies so no pic today.

@Sooverthemill that's a gorgeous jumper - looks very cosy too. Sorry to hear of your weather woes... we've had a bit of snow here too. Not so bad on the coast but where I work (hospital on top of a very high hill) it's been quite bad and I had a bit of a hairy journey home last night 😔😖
I got straight into my yoga gear when I got home with the intention of doing some but haven't yet! So just lounging as it's very comfy. Hush harems and fatface cardigan. Not a very inspiring outfit

Aww @EllaPaella I did a double take coz she looks like my dog all curled up on the bed. He sleeps on the bed whilst I'm working in the office next door. As does the cat. I did try to stop him but now he makes himself a den with the pillows and duvet coz he likes it to be dark!

Not only does the dress look great @OublietteBravo but it has lots of pockets 😍

Forgot I ordered this from Next it came today and is very flattering and comfortable definitely underwear though as top half is see through but won't be underneath a sheer top.

I've never worn anything like it before so will feel very french chic in it.

Bought some Lucy & Yak dungarees a few months back, inspired by these threads.

Top is from a US department store called Kohl's.
