I have a virtual conference at work next week. I think it might have the strangest dress code I’ve seen (day 3). What other type of clothes are there?

@OublietteBravo that makes me shiver! You'll be doing some kind of running around team building day. I once had to demolish a brick wall with a broken finger and a dodgy hip....

I'm in a Sainsbos dark denim mini pinafore over a Primark navy fine knit roll-neck. Feel good.

Hello everyone. Thanks for the new thread @toastfiend. Snow here so lots of sulking (from the dog) and little activity. Shamelessly wore old leggings all day so no pic. Will try and Do Better tomorrow..

@jilliwilliwoo, totally jealous that you are getting to Go Out - still in quasi-lockdown here in Central Scotland so nowhere to go in my new boots! Will wear them round the house and post pics anyway, lol. @OublietteBravo, I am v intrigued by your work clothes requirements - can’t wait to see what you pick to wear! (If not your shiny suit of armour, obvs...)

New jumper (@OublietteBravo look away) today very soft and comfy it's very chilly here again. We did get snow yesterday but thankfully it didn't stay long. @Purplecatshopaholic

I suspect they are going to make you do exercise, the rotters. I would ignore the please turn your camera on request in which case (you can always breathe heavily into the mic if necessary to fake exertion). Love the sparkly socks, @Sooverthemill!

Didn’t get around to posting yesterday but wore an old TKMaxx jumper over the very last thing I bought from (original) Warehouse - a sequin pencil skirt. Lucky Charm boots from Office. Today I’m in a massive, warm dark blue jumper from Tu, sparkly grey jeans also Tu and silver sequin converse. Extra sparklyness added by the Kirakira app which can make you look like you’ve escaped from Strictly.

Talisin - the sequin skirt is fabulous.

Morning here - black skinnies and black jumper, but paired with a hot pink wool coat from Cos and a pink tartan scarf from Joules when I went out. Seasalt brown lace up boots.

Hi everyone, I dropped off the last thread but have caught up, lots of lovely outfits as usual. Thanks for the new thread @toastfiend.

We went to collect our Christmas tree today All the houses near us already have outside lights up, we look like the grinch! Job for tomorrow...

I'm wearing cord skinnies from M&S and a cashmere jumper, with DM boots. To be honest this photo reminds me of why I try to avoid skinnies

But excitingly my John Lewis Black Friday parcel arrived, and unexpectedly I think I'm going to keep both things I ordered - star print dress from mint velvet (I think I'll wear this on Christmas Day) and jumper dress from Phase Eight - bit too short for me as a dress but I like it with these coated jeggings from next.

Have fun everyone who's getting to actually go out - tier 3 here so we've got a night in planned with fish and chips and strictly

Came home and changed into a navy massimo dutti sweater dress with thermal tights

Still cold! It's DSs birthday today so he may pop by and stand at the garden gate so we can throw his present at him!
