Love the trousers sick

Getting a bit Christmastastic here - although, ok it’s still leggings! Primark’s finest, with Russell and Bromley boots (just back with the dog), cardigan from All Saints.

Was in gym wear earlier now chilling out.

M and s animal print leggings, shirt Gap.

Have a tea out of the freezer tonight, feeling shattered. X

Is tipping it down here. I’m regretting the cord dungarees - the rain has dripped off my coat and I have wet knees. Ah well - at least I now know that the boots are reasonably waterproof.

Similar thing here @OublietteBravo. Cost really waterproof but the section between my coat and wellies was soaked!

Home now and changed into harem joggers. Need to iron school uniforms and then not a lot happening here.

@Ellapaella I think a lot of people are feeling the pressure now. We are tier 3 so not even lunches or coffees with families etc

Ps @Sooverthemill I like that jumper with those leggings.

Oh velvet leggings...I can hear my bank balance crying!

I'm a not doing much day as well, we've made jelly in a scooped out water melon, played transformers versus dinosaurs, and the tweens have rolled their eyes as I've danced round the kitchen to cheesy tunes.

We got our decorations down from the loft yesterday so now I have no excuse. Got DD a mini tree for her room. She doesn’t have the light on ever so it may end up too bright but still

I definitely have a weakness for velvet. I ordered some green velvet joggers from Monsoon yesterday

One more week of work before I take a break for Christmas. I have lots to do and no meetings today. So warm and comfortable is the order of the day.

Batwing jumper today - I like it as it's got this pretty lace detail on the back but it's just not warm enough, I'm freezing! I'm home from work now and off to play with horses so back into my woolly pulley, much better!

Dressed for comfort and warmth today. I'm self-employed and hoping to finish work this Friday until January, so have a huge amount to get done before then. Lots of late nights this week, but will be totally worth it to spend some free time with DS and DH over Christmas. I haven't taken any holiday this year, so really looking forward to the break.

another one dressed for comfort here. topshop jeans, black t-shirt (george i think) and a long line beige cardigan from joules. this is my fave thing at the moment. diss bought it for me for my birthday and its just so so cosy.

Great that you are getting new carpet @Sooverthemill we had our first new carpet fitted a few years ago no one told us you have to remove the old one yourself...or maybe that is only some companies but it caused a bit of hassle!

Hate that @Dauphinois some jumpers are just pointless.

@OublietteBravo do not tell me about where I can find velvet otherwise I'll be buying it.

Today I’m embracing the concept of not saving clothes for best and wearing a silk dress. I’m not quite prepared to WFH in heels though (even if they would improve the outfit).

Love that shirt @ememem84 Really liking everyone's jumper dresses and long jumpers - they look so cosy. I think I'm going to look out for one in the sales.

Not sure what I was aiming for today with my outfit, I thought let's try those trousers with the boots, but then couldn't get the top half right everything I tried just didn't work it either sat to high or just in the wrong place. Think this would work better in the spring with a t shirt.

just had a FaceTime call with the boss. he asked whether i was wearing pjs still.

having looked at my shirt some more i do appreciate it is a bit pj-like. but i still love it!
