I couldn't see another thread, so thought I would start one.
Will try & post pictures if I remember.

I meant what I am doing wrong, why does it not work for me? Everyone else seem to love

Today's perfume is interesting, quite different. Will see what it does on my skin, but as a first impression I really like it.

Me too!! Perhaps (hopefully) we will get perfume later, when others get the pre-cleanse?

I went to have a look at reveal videos, day 6 is pre cleanse so they must have mixed up the box in some of the advent. The card is for pre cleanse too

I am bit meh about it but have this in full size. It's great, still one of the best imo and if you have too much cleansers drop works great when cleaning makeup brushes too. It will be used!

Pre-cleanse should be in today's.

Curious as to how this works/why it's needed. I usually double cleanse so maybe it replaces one of those steps?

I spent hours deciding which advent calendar to buy based on the contents but somehow I've forgotten absolutely everything that's in here!

Looks like there has been a mix up, the perfume usually comes towards to the end. I was hoping for a morning cleanser as mine are nearly all finished. This will get used this though in the evening.

apply on dry skin and emulsify with water after. I use it either as 1st step (substitute the likes of eve lom or elemis balm) or as one step as I find it removes everything geat.

It's the first oil cleanse I ever used and one of the first in general.

Phew ok I feel better about the pre cleanse now. I haven't tried this product before and do want to up my game re. cleansing so I will definitely give this a go.

I’ve used this before and quite like it. At the risk of sounding spoilt, it’s not been that exciting so far. Think we need a big impact product soon.

Oh yes pre-cleanse. I've bought this before. Unfortunately dermalogica doesn't agree with my skin, will re-gift.

Not tried this, so will be interesting, love trying something new. Dermalogica pre-cleanse. Prefer it to yesterday's Lip pencil which I gave to my daughter.

I feel the same Pomegranate. It's been a little dull (I hope I don't sound spoilt too).

Boring today. Have liked most of the others, except for the toner.

@AllTheDogsIveLovedBefore not at all, we spent a lot of money. On the generally thread, some of the products have been fab and for the less expensive calendars. I do think it will improve, but I might have a break from Liberty next year. Really liking the look of Rutuals and Fortnums.

This is my first time for Liberty - have coveted it so much for a few years now and this year decided to go for it. I think it will get better as I remember thinking the products look great so I'm hoping the more boring items are all at the beginning.

That’s a shame some of you are finding it’s bit disappointing- I can see where you’re coming from. There do seem to be more lower value items this year than in the last but perhaps my memory serves me badly. I think the more exciting stuff will come later.

I can really recommend Fortnums - I had it last year instead of Liberty and then was too slow off the bark this year as it was one of the first out.

I’ve been happy so far. I’ve barely bought anything beauty wise this year, so this has been a lovely treat to myself.

The aromatherapy associates oil was lovely and luxurious for a post work treat on Friday.

I’m excited to try today’s pre-cleanse, I always like to try a new good basic, and I love taking off my makeup at the end of the day.

Tried today's on my clean skin this morning. Was gobsmacked how much extra dirt it found!!!! So I tried it on Dh. Ditto eugh!

I'm quite disappointed in the first week, all but one are small samples.
I opened the Cult Beauty in November and their first week knocked it right out of ball park with both the value and selection. Liberty so far not that great, the brands are not really luxurious I.e, aromatherapy asc's, dermalogica and the toner. All run of the mill and tiny.
Hopefully it will get better 🤞

My face is so sore after the pre-cleanse. Anyone else found this?!

no, I have used pre cleanse on and off for over 10 years and no issues with it at all. It shouldn't irritate your skin. If it does I would suggest repurpose it and clean your makeup brushes with it instead
