I received an update today from LF saying they had been hoping to send it out on the 8th Nov, but now due to 'unforeseen circumstances' it would now being shipped on the 17th..

That's crap. Mine was supposed to be shipped by today (and by 15th Oct....). I'll harass Ryan again tomorrow. See how long it takes for him to stop signing off with an x again

Same here, now they say 17th. I just don’t believe then and I won’t but from then in the future. Last LF purchase.

I haven't even received an email telling me the 17th. They keep telling me I'll have it before the 1st December.

On the last update we sent to you, we were expecting the Advent Calendars to be dispatched by the 8th November, due to unforeseen circumstances there was a small delay in getting these out to you. We are still working on these and expect them to be dispatched by 17th November. Rest assured, the Advent Calendars will be with you in time for the 1stDecember.

I can only open these calendars in December. It’s a mental block. I find it weird in November and melancholy in January!

I am also cross with LF today as I get the subscription box and there was a choice between a sample of one of my favourite products and something else, and they sent me the something else. Minor I know!

I got a birthday present of rhe lancome one today. It is fabulous anything and everything you could want or need.
Saving it for December 1st.

We got a card in the post from QVC today with a 15% off discount and then realised it is addressed to DH and not me!

The Elemis deal is off now probably for the best but there is a l'occitane one I am tempted by though it's not as good a saving as the Elemis. I love their lavender scented products

I’ve already started on the Lumene calendar and am really enjoying it. I’ve never used the brand before but the stuff is lovely!

I’m glad to hear that about the Lumene calendar because I have one waiting to be opened and also because I’ve bought one as a gift.

I gave the Elemis deal a miss as I wasn’t fussed about the particular products in the deal. I’m enjoying using the products in my calendar though. I have been able to try products that I’d wanted to try for ages i.e. the thousand flower mask but while they’re lovely I still haven’t discovered any new ones that I’d repurchase. So it’s saved me lots of money in the long run so far!

But now interested in the Lumene feedback and off to look at L'occitane on QVC.

I have Rituals for December to share with DD15. Looking forward to it as it looks very festive and I'm sure I'll like the products , not a brand I know well .

Feel I need another one tho ! . Considering Lumene for January as it looks wintery but not Christmassy. And I'm working outdoors at the moment ( nursery ) and skin will be getting a battering from the elements come January . Do you think it's worth £89.90 ? Can't see any discount codes/sales yet. Worried if I leave it til Black Friday it will have sold out

I’m still using the Rituals hand cream I got last year, can’t remember where from. It’s Rituals of Ayurveda and smells lovely
