Btw popped to Bicester village this morning. They had l’occitane calendars for £39.

Has anyone got the Liberty men’s calendar?

I am a woman but it’s kind of calling to me. There are a few things I’d donate to DP or DS, and that would make me feel benevolent and practical

Oddly, I've got a JL account but it won't let me put the beauty box in my basket. I would have bought some creed aftershave. Never mind, there will be other offers

John Lewis is being so annoying. They won't let me put the box in either and still the website keeps booting me off. I've contacted Customer Service so we will see what they say. Ah well, like you said Terriers there will be other offers.

I feel quite giddy with excitement. So much for not getting a spendy advent this year and thinking I'd be happy enough with my Boots No 7 one. Ha who was I trying to kid.

^ I sound like a crazy person but I'm excited because there are loads of products I've been looking at trying for myself recently so for me they're a perfect combination. I did have brief 3 second glance at the glow box and the Eradikate, Sisley, EL ANR and Elemis sold it to me.

You incorrigible lot! I've bought the JL winter glow. £100 spent on mostly shower gel. We'll be the squeaky cleanest family of 2021.

I'm hoping to get the Elemis set too.

Elemis is my favourite. Depending upon the size of the marine cream, I'm in! But which scent package to try... the new one sounds very nice. But so does the vanilla!

I should be starting my Lumene tomorrow but as there's still no sign of my LF shipping and Ryan is now ignoring me, I'd better not in case I end up with nothing for December.

So what's the latest Ochon They can't give you any update at all? Will they have spares to replace it if it's lost?

It never shipped so it's not lost as such although the order may have fallen off their system or something.

On Monday, they got on to the warehouse to get them to push it. I was told an update on that would take up to 72 hours. Thursday came and went and no update.

On Thursday, someone else told me a customer support team was investigating and would be back to me within 24-48 hours. 48 hours have been and gone and no update.

I keep telling them I was told on 13/10 it would ship within 48 hours and nobody can tell me why it didn't. I'm afraid they've lost the order somewhere in the system. I end up back at square one with each person I speak to.

Ochon Their customer service sounds awful. I really hope it makes it. Have you decided whether you're going to buy the Elle or another just in case?

Ochon, that must be so frustrating.....bottom line is you have paid for something that you haven't received. They better get it sorted or get a refund. This is first year that I got 3 calendars so starting early😄. My dh was looking at me when I bought my big Birchbox calendar up to my bedroom ! I'm justifying it by saying my 2 dds ( 18 and 20yrs) will get anything that I don't want so they are keeping close eye on proceedings! They are both at university but at home with lectures online( In Ireland) so it will be a welcome distraction for 3 of us🙂

I'm now thinking I might get a third calendar if I come across something I like in the Black Friday sales let's face it, any sale
