When I need to dress up for Christmas unlikely this year. I wear something like this.

The pictures are made up of Holly, mistletoe and they are made up into other Christmasy pictures

I'm currently waiting on hearing how a young cousin's brain surgery has gone. Life is too short and God knows this year has been hard enough. Wear the dress, OP.

It's a lovely dress OP. If it makes you feel good then go for it. I have a Christmas dress or a sparkly jumper. My DHS husband family always do video calls so no Pjs here I'm afraid, more the pity.

I love it. I wish people dressed up at my christmas meal. I always want to but would feel silly with the other slobs (ie my family) there. Therefore, I'm inviting myself to your Christmas Day OP and we can sparkle together.
I'll even wash up.

We always put smarter things on & I love a bit of sparkle given the chance. Torn this year as won’t be able to have family 🙁 so part of me feels like putting nice lounging clothes on but another part of me is embracing the life is too short mentality. @DialSquare LOVE that dress. Would you mind sharing where it’s from pls?

I have a burgundy ish, velour short sleeved t-shirt dress, which I'll probably wear .
