I keep wondering if I need a poncho. But I think I should hold off - I’ve already spent more than I intended in the past month. I definitely find it harder to resist clothes in A/W.

I’m not sure about today’s outfit. It would probably be better with heels, but I appear to have left all my black heels in the cupboard in my office (I didn’t expect to WFH for as long as this - it’ll be 8 months on Friday).

Looks great @OublietteBravo love the shirt. I doubt anyone ‘needs’ a poncho but I keep seeing them! But I’m holding strong and bunging everything I like on my Christmas wish list. Did you decide to keep both cord dungarees?

Planning to sort out spare room today snd turn it back into a bedroom rather than the dumping ground it became through kitchen refurb. I’m really feeling a lot better though still needing a nap each afternoon!
I had a whole outfit planned around my ecru Levi’s. Then it rained ( 2 muddy large dogs and ecru do not mix) so am in this instead

Out of my comfort zone today wearing a boilersuit for the first time - very much inspired by this thread. I've had it for about a month but been working up the courage to wear it! Think it will look good with my black lace up boots (if I actually leave the house today).

@jilliwilliwoo love the poncho and boots. I will be wearing coated jeans this week too inspired by all you stylish women. Today it is teeming from the heavens here and I have walked the dog - so this is once again practical but uninspired

I love that boilersuit, Coffee! It’s a beautiful colour.

I now also want a poncho. I have a tweed Topshop cape/poncho coat that I’ve had for about 12 years and I love, even if I hardly wear it now. I started using a rucksack for work to carry my laptop and that meant I couldn’t wear a poncho. Now that I wfh I could get it out again! It’s really heavy and well-made, back when Topshop had good quality stuff.

I need to get out of my jeans and jumper rut. Then I look at bouncy puppy and remember why I haven’t! When I went into work I wore skirts and dresses almost every day. I will buy some new tights and see if that helps to encourage me to wear skirts again.

Everybody looking lovely. Inspired by the coated jeans - haven't worn mine enough really and they are so comfy. I tried so many outfits on with my new boots last week when I was bored.

I was brave and wore my long skirt today. I think of it as summery but I think it can work in the winter too.

Although it looks like the skirt is dragging on the floor in those pics, I've just noticed! It's not that long in real life...

This skirt could do with a clean neat shaped ankle boot rather than these boots but they are what I have and only you lot see me everyone else just sees my top half on video calls!
The poncho doesn't work either but kept me warm.

Is it bad that I recognised your jumper as Warehouse AW2019 before I read your post @Sooverthemill? (They appear to have 30% off everything if anyone isn’t trying not to spend).

I’m not usually a fan of Next, but both @Sickoffamilydrama and @Ellapaella seem to have found stylish items of clothing there, so perhaps it’s just my local store that’s awful.

I agree with @Dauphinois - I love the yellow too.

@TooExtraImmatureCheddar - I often feel that I’m stuck in a jeans and jumper rut. But actually what is wrong with that? At least I’m
warm and comfortable.

I dug out these trousers today, haven't worn them for ages but I really like them! They've got an oriental type pattern on them so something a bit different.

Yes, they’re the navy Alexas, coffee. First thing I’ve had from Lucy & Yak. I went for medium and 30 leg, and I’m 5’2” and a size 12(ish). I absolutely love the comfort and the look, but I have been wondering if I shouldn’t have gone for the small - there is a lot of material around my arse and thighs! And I’m an hourglass so not small of either. I did have to roll the ankles over about 3 times as well, but I’m used to that. They make my waist look tiny (to me, anyway).
