I've been trying not to buy that Monki cardigan @coffeeandcardigans. I love it but have countless cardigans already.

Thanks for the adjective 'classy' I've been feeling very dull and boring when I see the photographs of my outfits.

@Justonedayatatime11 I think they will be too long. I am usually a regular leg - that’s a 30 isn’t it. 🤦‍♀️

I have a few ponchos @Sooverthemill and although I rarely remember to wear them I always feel good when I do. You have inspired me to dig one out tomorrow 😊

Good morning. I’ve been inspired by @Ellapaella to dig out my culottes from last winter. (They’re actually green - although you can’t really tell from the photo).

@jilliwilliwoo love the stripey jumper. Yes I’m wondering if ponchos might be good for living indoors when a full jumper is too hot. I quite liked wearing it. I may look on eBay fir a plain navy or black one

Trying to get back into not just jeans! But because I put on an orange bra (and I’m Lazy) I had to find a top that wasn’t white which was harder than I thought. Tried denim shirt which didn’t look right . Should have changed my bra ! though I don’t wear this jumper enough

I really like that outfit @OublietteBravo. My DM gave me a pair of culottes she didn't want any more a few months ago. I think I'm going to dig them out, this thread has inspired me!

I'm in a dress again today for pretty much a whole day of Zoom meetings. I know people can only see my upper half so I did think about just wearing jeans and a smart top, but I do find dressing more smartly puts me in a better mindset if I know that I'm going to be on lots of Zoom calls.

I'm loving all the culottes. I had a pair in...1990, possibly 89 I think and I lived in them. I'm scratching my head to think what I wore them with. I think a white shirt, purple kickers and a red corduroy bonnet jacket. Swish!

If actually kill for a pair of purple kickers now. Wonder if they still do them?

My Fat Face dungarees arrived. What do you think? (I’m modelling the toffee/coloured ones rather than the navy ones because they photograph better - worn with today’s jumper/boots). They’re less loose fitting than I expected (but a much better length than the Hush ones).

Love the dungarees @OublietteBravo I really wanted a pair in navy but I'm on a spending ban until at least the end of lockdown here. Might have to treat myself for Christmas if they're still in stock.

Very casual today, I was up in the middle of the night with a wide awake toddler who wanted to play so I've gone for comfort:

@Sooverthemill you're right they do. Thankfully not the purple suede boots or I'd have to have them. Or massive pink wallabies. With tags. It was all about the tags at my school.

Ooh, getting nostalgic - kickers, hmmmmmm. And some dungas! Just been to the dentist. He was impressed with my Stones tee shirt - I said as I don’t get out much at the moment, ‘dressing up’ for the dentist is a big deal right now, lol. Faux leather skirt from Silk Fred, and slouchy boots from Lucy Choi. Can’t remember about the scarf.

I think ponchos are easiest to wear indoors @Sooverthemill. It gets a bit tricky around the shoulders when you try and wear a coat over the top!
