I'm in pjs at present but have been shopping!
I went in New Look and got a dress as it's 25% off for Blue Light Card holders.

Then went in a charity shop & got a lovely silver with pink & white mother of Pearl heart pendant for £1.99 - got it home & found a sterling silver hallmark!!

@Ellapaella What is the sizing like on the Run and Fly dungarees? I'm size 12-14, pear shaped (and not sure dungarees will help that but really want some!!). I have a medium in my basket...

Sickoffamilydrama · 01/11/2020 15:46

Very casual outfit today and annoyingly the grease mark I thought wouldn't stain has on my hoody, as soon as I did it I took it off and out detergent on it! So I'll have to give it another go.

Hoody Vegan outfitters ( ignore the weird lumps in the pocket that's my mask ready for shopping)
Jeans Next
Boots Heavenly feet

@Uhtredswoman which ones are you looking at? Smile their sizes vary a bit, but, depending on style and the fit you want, you may find a small is better than a medium. I'm a 10-12 (more of a 12 these days) and I wear an XS in my Run & Fly dungarees. I think some, like the pinstripe ones, come up a little smaller, and the rainbows are a size bigger, but most seem to be 10-12 = XS, 12-14 = S. Maybe get both sizes to try and see which you prefer?

Uhtredswoman · 01/11/2020 18:42

@toastfiend it's these...it does describe them as baggy...

Ellapaella · 01/11/2020 20:22

@Uhtredswoman I am a 10 and Wear a small, I don't think they are particularly generous in their sizing.

OP posts:
Ellapaella · 01/11/2020 20:25

Actually @Uhtredswoman I'm sorry I am wrong! I've just checked and mine say size 10/28.

OP posts:
Ellapaella · 01/11/2020 20:25

Mine are called skinny dungarees

OP posts:
Ellapaella · 01/11/2020 20:28

These are the ones I have, I bought from a local boutique and had never heard of the brand before I got them. Mine are soft denim skinny dungarees.

Thanks @Ellapaella - I think @toastfiend is probably right and I should order two sizes just in case. It might have to wait until after lockdown now!

Shannith · 02/11/2020 00:11

So much to catch up on. Busy half term, first week spent cantering up mountains in Wales with fearless DD and this week trying to entertain DD with less ponies and mountains.

Something not covered in mud today for a change.

Top and skirt F&F £1 charity rail this week. The skirt is actually a size 20 but it's good material and I liked print - with a belt it hangs well (it's sort of a wrap shape so drapes.

Leopard belt - Banana Republic
Boots - Jones

@Shannith that’s a great outfit! Envious as ever if your charity shops

Spent half an hour trying on various legging outfits this morning as they seem to have come round again. I have bad memories as it’s all I could wear while having chemo and lived in comfy white stuff jersey tunics and Biden leggings for a year! But I have a few pairs of leggings and they are comfy. So today my leather look ones with a longer shirt. Very happy to take criticism. I think this works with a jumper or sweatshirt over as long as shirt covers my bum. I am going out later to finally collect my new glasses and hopefully will have time to walk by the sea. What shoes/boots? No idea but this is probably my last outing that’s not hospital until after xmas

Shirt:Baukjen
Leggings : mint velvet
Shoes: lk Bennett via eBay, seem unworn to me!

Looks good to me @Sooverthemill shoe wise some kind of chunky ankle boot or black trainers.

Not sure about the belt with these but no one will see me except you lot Grin the belt they came with doesn't tie that well.

Ignore the 4 year old leg in the picture.

Jumper River Island
Belt Sainsbury's
Trousers Sainsbury's

Well start with chunky boots if I go out.

Love the outfit @Sooverthemill - I would wear with ankle boots. I think I'm going to need some leather look leggings or trousers, they look so good on everyone here!

Jumper: M&S
Skirt: H&M
Tights: H&M
Boots: Carl Scarpa

Yesterday was just sportswear.

Today:
Stripey top: H&M
Pinafore dress: New Look

I like the trousers with the current belt @Sickoffamilydrama.

It’s quite mild here - I don’t think I’ll need a jumper.

Jumpsuit: Boden
Trainers: Moda in Pelle

Please may I join? I’ve been lurking but every time I was inspired to join I couldn’t manage a good selfie. I still can’t (and the floor is covered in crap!) but I’ve decided I don’t care.

Top: & Other Stories
Trousers: Lucy & Yak (inspired by this thread, brand new, arrived today and I love them!)
Belt: ancient, I think Diesel circa 2001. It used to fit my hips with low-rise jeans. Blush
Boots: ASOS, last autumn
Jumper: H&M

Loving the outfit today @Sickoffamilydrama

Today's outfits was the black culottes from eBay, usual boots, very old cashmere burnt orange jumper inherited from my Grandma (it's Woolovers) and a scarf from Primark.
I also have to share with you my new DM's that arrives today. I was refunded for a trip away I was meant to have with some friends to the lakes so I have indulged in these while they were a reduced price. I absolutely love them and can't stop looking at them 😍

I wore these out with an old puffy coat from French connection. Probably the only time I will wear them this year! A sale bargain ( at 1/3 rd of former price, thank god for small feet) at the end of March and they are soooo comfy. Love my new glasses too
@TooExtraImmatureCheddar I love cheddar! Welcome
