Afternoon all been house viewing today, whilst someone views ours we think we've found a winner. Not as big as we would like but good location and it's really well decorated so no work (we've been renovating forever since before teen DD was born).

I'm back from a really wet dog walk followed by the gym. Had a lovely hot shower and now dressed for comfort. Wearing my Toast jumper, M&S ivy jeans and my very unstylish but very warm Falke slipper socks.

Some great outfits. Love the tartan trousers and the crazy rainbow cardigan!

Feeling rough again and a bit fed up as I’m not well enough to tidy kitchen or do anything from my very long list. I hate being unwell! My room is a mess too though I did slowly clean and pack away all my sandals over a couple of days to make room for trainers

DD1 is down, she’s a higher tier than us so it’s outdoors only and staying in a self contained Airbnb ( it’s a shepherds hut) locally. She and DH have been having outdoors dinks and food and may swim in the sea today. I’m mainly napping!

Don't tell my 4 year old but I'm sat outside wrapped in a blanket with a cuppa and about to read some of a book...if he finds out I can guarantee he'll be out sat on my lap. Yesterday I think I had about an hour were he wasn't sat on it 🙄

This jumper is a bit itchy at the neck must be the alpca it's from Sainsbury's posh range but was in the sale, don't really wear it but it's really warm and only a problem sometimes so have made a mental note to wear it more.

I think tucked in looks better, what do you all think?

@Sooverthemill sorry to hear that you don't feel well again - hope that it's not for long and that you take it easy today.

I found some Top Shop Jamie jeans in a cupboard that I haven't worn for years. Plus a M&S jumper. Not getting dressed properly all week really makes me unadventurous. We have no plans to go back to the office this year (global insurance company) and they have just issued us with massive monitors so this working from home sees no end.

I was going to wear my bee cardigan today, but we've been out for a walk and I thought my neck would be chilly (but not cold enough for a scarf) so I changed it for an old jumper from Boden. Skirt is also old, from white stuff. I'm about to get changed again to do some gardening, then DH is making a roast for tea. Nice relaxing day before we go away tomorrow. Hope everyone's enjoying their Sunday

I've also realised that the Boden jumper is quite bobbly, so I can get my fabric comb out and de-bobble it later. I love de-bobbling jumpers

Hello! Happy Sunday 😊 a roast and the papers beckon but I actually love that I'm doing bugger all today.

Weekends are super busy with catching up on things that I didn't have time during the week to. I have to do my horses and chickens and dogs every morning and afternoon but that's just part of the routine really.

Today I'm wearing, a ochre spot tunic blouse from Next ( I love it so much that I bought it in the other colour too). An old grey cashmere poncho as I'm freezing from M and S and some Matalan jean style leggings - topped off with some TU boot slippers, I'm bloody freezing today!

Well I hope you are all enjoying your Sunday, the children break up on Weds thank goodness - their school is a 45 min drive each way as we moved a year ago and they wanted to stay in their school so I spend a lot of the day in the car. I Live for school holidays tbh.

I decided to wear a dress today. Although it’s a bit chilly in my house, so for the time being I’m wearing it with a jumper over the top. As usual the lighting near my mirror is terrible - the dress does actually have a pattern.

Have a lovely holiday Palacepaper. We managed to get away for the Scottish half term 2 weeks ago and it's made such a difference. Just a cottage in Norfolk doing healthy outdoor activities.

Well yesterday took an unexpected turn, somehow I managed to gouge my left thumb while making DH a coffee using a cafetière which shattered in my hand ( empty than god) while I tried to move the spout. Cheap shit from Tesco! So I had to get to the surgery to have the bleeding stopped and dressed professionally. Now my thumb is ginormous and it's surprisingly hard to do up a bra and jeans Buttons while thumbless! My year is getting g better each day
