I’m still waiting for my LF calendar.

Anyway... a few days ago I realized I hadn’t actually ordered the Lumene calendar I thought I had . So I ordered it on Look Fantastic’s EU site and they were giving away a free gift with a €100 spend. It’s just arrived today with the Lumene calendar and I can’t believe how amazing it is! It’s got 6 deluxe sized products in it and they are all fab. I don’t want to say what they are as some of them are obviously left overs from the LF calendar itself, but I’m amazed I’ve got it all for nothing! Thanks to this thread for all the tip offs!

Sorry I should have been clearer - they have individual sites for most EU countries like France, Germany, Spain.

I'm still battling with LF. One email apologised and said it was delayed but it should (!!!) be here by december. The next said it wasn't delayed but was all part of their distribution plan (???), which doesn't really explain the fact they told me a week ago it would be dispatched within 48 hours.

The bit that bothers me is they said as soon as a calendar has been allocated to me, they will dispatch it. Sounds like they don't actually have them in stock.

I received an email on Friday from Look Fantastic stating that my calendar had been despatched and should be delivered by Tuesday. However, as of this afternoon, the Royal Mail tracking is saying that they haven't received the item from LF.

I'm not overly optimistic that I'll ever receive it. Which I can live with providing I get my money back. This is the first time I've ordered from LF and I doubt I'll ever order from them again.

loriat, mine was dispatched in the early hours of Monday and Royal Mail still haven’t received it We’re heading into full on lockdown with shops closing so I expect the delivery system will become overwhelmed and I’ll be lucky to receive it.

What annoys me is if we don't get our LF calendar we've missed out on the weekend well as potentially our second and third choice calendars as many of them have sold out!

Same. My second choice was Birchbox and that seems to have disappeared from their website so is, I assume, sold out.

Ochon My second choice was Elle. I don't know whether that would be in stock if we got to a point where it became clear LF wasn't going to show up.

Elle looks good but they don't ship to Ireland.

Mine was dispatched from Look Fantastic last week but only delivered yesterday, so I would take that expected delay from Royal Mail into account. I haven't had their calendar before, but all the other Look Fantastic orders I've placed have arrived ok.

I haven't even had a dispatch note yet and the status keeps switching from "processing" to "order placed" and back, so it's not a Royal Mail issue..:

I've never had a problem with them before but it's a while since I ordered anything. The stuff I ordered with the calendar was dispatched within a day or two and arrived quickly.

Mine now says dispatched and there’s a link to track but it only works on the website not app

I bought DD the Hogwarts cosmetics calendar from Boots today - £40. It’s not cheap for kids’ cosmetics (colour changing lipstick, bath shimmer etc.) but it looks really high quality. The design is star-shaped, a slightly more user friendly version of last year’s M&S calendar, with proper lift out boxes, and the contents of the boxes are individually wrapped in tissue paper.

I had an email on Monday saying my LF had been dispatched. Royalmail tracking says
This item is on its way to Royal Mail.
The sender has advised they’ve despatched your item to us. More information will be available when we receive it.
That message hasn’t changed since 11.13 am on Monday. I’m starting to wonder if it will turn up
