Best time of the beauty year.

Mine hasn't.

I received my H&B calendar last week and the box arrived damaged with quite a few of the items out of their doors. I tried calling but you can't get through to anyone. I then wrote an email to their customer services and DMd them on Instagram but still nothing. The calendar is a gift for my DD and I really don't want to give it to her damaged. Has anyone had any experience of being able to correspond with H&B and actually get a response?

How disappointing Mummyonline. No, I had a item not turn up (lost in their warehouse or something and they wouldn’t send another out ) Didn’t get the promised refund and had to say I was going to make a claim through PayPal before they refunded. Won’t be shopping with them online again - looked too late and saw loads of customers had had the same experience. Never thought to check before as they’re a well known company.

I am surprised how bad their customer service is.

My LF has been dispatched too! Supposed to arrive tomorrow.

I have emailed H&B three times and they have not got back to me.

I've ordered the Liberty advent calendar for my 15 year old granddaughter who is called ... Liberty .
She's had a horrible year like everyone else but as it's her GCSEs next summer which can't be predictable at this time . She will be so surprised on December 1st

LF for my nieces still shows as ‘Order Placed’. Anyone in the same situation?

MAC is out today. I get paid on Friday so I might get it, if still in stock. But then I might go for Paul &Joe collection in November

My LF was dispatched with an expected delivery date of the 12th October . And when you click on track my order, nothing happens...

Yh my LF also dispatched 15 Oct. Tho the website estimates delivery as 12oct 🤔 don't mind tho as long as it arrives!

I not open it?!! It looks pretty good- I won’t spoil the surprise. So disappointed re no M&S one this year and this is the closest one for me.

I bought the SkinStore 12 day one using a code from Cosmetopia with 10% off. All skincare and looks brilliant. As it is 12 day I will give it to my husband to wrap for me as he asked me to write a list of things I might want for Christmas and he would choose some.

Is the Holland and Barrett one out of stock for good now, or do they keep adding some stock here and there does anyone know?

When are you supposed to open a 12 day calendar? Stating on Christmas Day or up to Christmas?

I realise you can open them whenever you want but never really understood when the 12 days of Christmas are

Mia no..I just put in the code EDIT10 I think it was and they charged me £113 and that was it!

My LF calendar arrived this morning. It said on an email expected delivery date Friday 16 or Saturday 17, so few days later than they said so hopefully all those waiting will get theirs soon.
