Anyone else had their CB calendar cancelled?

how did people manage to get response from liberty customer service last week? I have been trying to contact them for days and no luck at all

Have you tried twitter? That worked for me

I've got an order confirmation from CB but its not showing as despatched yet and the website still seems to be down

I've been on their Instagram. The calendar is still in stock. Loads have been sold on eBay for up to £350! Now why did I try so hard to cancel my duplicate order?

Love this thread. I've had the Liberty calendar bought for me as a present and have been saving this year so was lucky enough to get the Cult Beauty one this morning as well. It was thanks to an email from Ree that said it was on sale as by the time I got the email from CB the site had crashed. Only ever had the M&S one so really excited about these 2! will share the stuff with my teenage daughters though.

I have managed to secure a CB one! Had confirmation email.
A lot of the makeup will be passed on to my dds but there are 3 skincare items in there that I would have bought anyway and the rest is all a bonus!

My CV advent will be my birthday present from my husband. I've ordered the Lookfantastic chest for my birthday present from me to me!

Oh no! That’s annoying I thought it was up and running for everyone.

Oh for god sake. Managed to get in via laptop (not phone). All the way to check out. The CB calendar is out of stock. I first ordered the bloody thing at 10am!!!! Paid, was refunded and now out of stock! Fuming!!!!

I hope they don't cancel mine. Not going to stop trying to check until I can see its despatched

Cult Beauty. I'm not getting Liberty this year.

I managed to log back to my account but the order is not there. I have confirmation email from earlier this morning and the they took the money out of my account

My Lumene calendar from Feel Unique arrived today - oooh goodies with it as I ordered some Christmas stocking things to make it up to £100 to get the free gift...I am allowed to open the free gift now, right?

Not sure whether I really want mine. I bought it because it was there on screen and I thought, it's now or never. Now feeling regret. £200...

My Lumene calendar, extra bits and and bag of gifts arrived from FU today, too. The bag itself is great quality, too. So pleased ... feels like a massive bargain at £102 .
