The things I do for the sake of research for this thread. I think everyone will be getting beauty calendars from me this Christmas!

My original order has already been shipped! I requested next day delivery for that one. I only hope that I manage to cancel my duplicate in time.

Fuck sake, on my break at work and have missed it 😭 the site looks broken!!!

@TheChosenTwo my email came at 10.02 and I clicked the link in it and got straight through and purchased with no issues.

You are all making me want to buy it! I had considered it and was on the waitlist but went with LF and Lumene instead. I need to step away from the keyboard and ignore the email from them, which did work and I was able to put it in my basket (purely for research for you lot).

I watched Fleur de Force top 5 last night and Cult Beauty was number one which made me want it too! But I have two so I thought I might just get that one next year.

I think it's silly how they release them and notify people this way so that the site crashes and loyal customers or people who had their eye on it for months miss out

I'm trying to convince myself that I don't like the colours in the palette, and I'd prefer to choose my own lipstick shade.
And because I've ordered LF.

yeah, most unflattering shades ever but tiny % of the total value. Every advent have some products that won't work

The palette is the deal breaker for me too. I have way too many and I don't use eyeshadow that often. And I have millions of lipsticks in colours that suit me. Plus I'm still working form home and have only worn makeup 2 or 3 times since march.

My LF is showing in the list of dispatched orders but still says Status = Order Placed in the pic below the word Dispatched. I assume it's almost dispatched then.

Add me to the support group! I got to the point of clicking through from the email, and then thought no, I really don't need it - I did a quick count on how many of the products I would actually use and realised it was under 50%, so that decided it. I'm another who doesn't really wear much make up, so it would have been a bit of a waste really.

Still got fear of missing out though.

Did anyone else buy Net A Porter, or will I be starting a thread for one on that one?

And yes, I’m also determinedly sitting on my hands today and resisting buying CB. I have enough.

So pleased I've ordered. I do wish they had put a perfume or two in the calendar and a gift voucher again this year.

I have barely touched the make up from previous year's calendars. So maybe I'll be wasting stuff from CB. But overall I thought it looked gorgeous. And I am so bloody chuffed I got it!!

😂 Bookshark I know what you mean about fear of missing out. I see the value total and think I should really get it and I'm missing out if I don't....until reality kicks in when I look at the products I won't use or have little interest in. One of the YouTubers Cosmetopia is great for bringing me back to reality when I find myself getting way too carried away with calendars.

Was that one of the more popular ones? I can't remember why I went for it but I'm pleased about that as I have forgotten all but one item!
