I ordered on 7th and Liberty have no shipped yet. Still marked as status open. anyone outside uk - is your order shipped or even confirmed?

Got my Liberty calendar yesterday!

I used to love Britney Spears Fantasy and Midnight Fantasy but then a slightly smelly woman at work started wearing it and ruined it for me!

The cult beauty products look very small - is t worth the hype?

I can’t remember exactly what the products in Cult Beauty are this year but I know last year they were often small sizes of massively expensive things. So I don’t think you would expect full size products. There was enough for a few proper uses though; not free sample size.

I'm thinking we need Jadvent as well as advent threads! If I manage to hold out then my plan is to open Holland & Barrett in December and Look Fantastic in January. January can be a depressing month so I think an advent calendar is a great idea!

And Pompom I'm banking on the swap threads. I'm mostly into the make up stuff actually and there a couple of hair items I'm after this time

Funny time now, some already sold out, slightly over initial flurry/ have the 2 I really wanted now am thinking might just hang on and see what discounts Black Friday brings as won’t miss out now and don’t want to end up with 4, only just finishing/ using bits from the 3 I had last year... anyone else???

I want to get a calendar for my friend’s 50th. Will be getting her a keepsake gift too. Budget is £150 and I fancied LF but it’s sold out. Am looking at Fenwick or maybe John Lewis but can anyone recommend what’s the best? My friend wears some makeup and likes naice skin and hair care so I’d like a mixture of each. Any recommendations most gratefully received. Thanks

shinny i ordered LF for myself (as well as H&B) but the other one I had my eye in was Elle. There are some good posts and videos showing what's in them - since it's not for you there's no problem with ruining the surprise so I'd just have look up what's in them and which one you think she'd like / best value for money

Sunshine I'd go for a stationary calendar too but they often seem to be expensive for what they are eg Paperchase and Kikki K

Has anyone had the Kiehl’s calendar (or the one they do with Selfridges) before? I want to try more of their stuff and thought this would be a good way to do so, but don’t know whether to go for the pricier Selfridges version or the cheaper one but with what seems to be mainly sample sizes.

@shinny The JL one looks quite small sizes. Last year it was quite heavily discounted, might be worth waiting if that one is the preferred choice.
@LoveEatYoga I think I'v decided not to get CB now as I won't use the make up, I was interested in a lot of the skin care though..... and I do feel I need another !
