I’ve cracked and ordered the Arran one with the code.

Anyone have a code that gets you more than 10% off for John Lewis?

Noooo. Stop telling me how much you want Cult Beauty! I bought Net A Porter; I cannot justify another luxury calendar. Or at least I don't think I can...

Am torn between Jo Malone and Jo Loves, and am definitely going to get the Arran one. I really feel like I need a pick me up...

I got my teenage DD the Glossybox calendar last year as part of her xmas present. She absolutely loved it ... just discovered it’s sold out this year. Can anyone recommend something similar. I’ve gone on the list for the grazia one but I’m not sure about it.

Oh no, that's a shame. I used welcome20, which gave me 20% off and it automatically added a Discovery set. I was able to choose which one out of 2 types. So it ended up being £40 for the calendar and the set plus free delivery. I've never used Arran before, I've ordered purely on the basis of this wretched thread (same with the Rituals one) but I'm excited to try all the various mini's!

Feel unique are now blaming covid for the delay in dispatching my lumene calendae

I’ve got a sample of Molecule now, and had a great reaction from a coworker yesterday. Her sister wears it but she didn’t recognise it as the same smell on me.

I’ve gone with the Fenwick GWP and bought lots of goodies to make up the £125
I’m not getting an advent calendar this year as I’ve already had the Liberty GWP
Intention is to fill a previous Liberty calendar with goodies and keep it all for myself

I ordered the Arran one, plus an extra hand cream with the code WELCOME20. It added the discovery set, and was £48 all in, including free shipping. Am well happy!

Molecule sounds interesting. My friend wears it and smells delicious. She says she can't smell it at all though!

Eau I can’t really smell it either.

I can't decide whether to just go for it an get the Elemis calendar. Is it worth the money? I've only ever used the Marine cream and I like it, and heard good things about the range. Is it a bargain? I've seen the contents but still can't decide

vanilla QVC did a good bundle last Xmas on Elemis, think it was £50-ish. Had a full size marine cream, cleansing balm (the nicest I've ever smelt/applied!), toner, body cream and shower gel plus a few mini sizes. You could choose a set with a rose fragrance instead, too.

If you decide not to get the calendar or miss out, could be worth keeping an eye for?

I think so vanilla which is why I’ve gone for it! But it’s only worth it if you’ll use the products. I love the products I’ve tried and particularly love the papaya enzyme peel which is a product I always repurchase. So I want to try more products and for me this is a cheaper way to do that than buying them all full size. I’ll hopefully discover new masks etc that I’ll like so much that I will go on to buy full size versions to add into my routine.

What time do you think the CB one will be released? Not sure if its a stay up all-nighter!

The email arrived during a meeting last year but I'm not sure if that was the go live.

I'm NOT going for Cult Beauty this year. It was great last year, so I'd recommend anyone get it this year if for the first time. But the expense of some of it was wasted on me I feel, and also quite a few of the products fall into genres I don't use (won't specify!) so I don't feel it's the best use of my money. Have got Space NK this year instead.

I got the CB advent email mid morning last year. I didn't bother last year but I definitely prefer this year's contents.

CB was definitely mid morning as by the time I’d got out of my meeting and seen the email at lunch time they’d all gone and I was gutted.
