She looks really different to me - or maybe I'm imagining it.

Yes, I'd say so. She's the same age as me and yet she doesn't have a single line on her face!

Goodness, who pulled your chain @Smartanimal? If you google images of KM you'll see that until very recently she did indeed have a few, completely normal, lines on her face. Because, despite your clearly line-free appearance, most of us do have a few by the time we reach our mid-40s!

Yes I agree it must be a face lift - her mouth looks like it’s been pulled or stretched a little at the edges. She still looks amazing though.
That’s what me puts me off the idea of a facelift - I’m not sure I could cope with looking so different to before and I’m sure she had the very best surgeon there is too.
