She’s clearly had Botox and fillers. Looks ok but not like herself. Lots of pressure I guess to keep youthful in her game.

I have always wantes to be her look like her, since I was at School.

Anyone who 'looks good for their age' or 'is ageing well' nowadays has had work done.
What's amazing is the lack of evidence eg scars or stretched look, the work is not evident at all.
But they do lose their original features imv. She looks amazing for her age but does not look very exciting now as a model imv.

She has definitely had some work done, and looks a little different but I think she looks great and is still recognisable.
I also really admire her for leaving it until her mid forties - unlike other women in the public eye who start very young. For years she has been the subject of "bad" photos that have shown all her lines - I saw a horrible article saying "Kate Moss: Proof that you get the face you deserve"; even though she was still very beautiful.

I think we have sanitised cosmetic procedures to such a degree, with talk of 'tweaking' and 'freshening up', that we forget that these are invasive and sometimes brutal procedures, and of course there will a come a point when you start to look different.

I have sympathy for any woman ageing in the public eye but I think it's disingenuous to say we shouldn't talk about this.

To me, just on those initial photos, she looks like she may have had eye work. Kate had hooded lids, so you couldn't really see her top lid when her eyes were open. Hooded lids can get more hooded as we age, and to me it looks like she may have had those lifted. It may just be the angle of the photo, of course. She certainly doesn't look the same.

Agree, I think she's had surgery, not just fillers, and that it will probably settle with time and look less extreme.

It's easy to criticise female celebs for not ageing naturally but, if they don't get work done, they end up in the horrid DM sidebar of shame, with every crow's foot ringed, and in those ridiculous "What Kate Moss looks like now will break your heart" clickbait articles on Buzzfeed etc. Plus they stop getting work.

She’s about my age and has a suspiciously line free forehead so I’d say yes. Botox is weird, you don’t look younger just like somebody else. Such a shame. I hate some of my lines but your facial expressions are what make you.

The hooded lids were her look. If you remove them you’re gonna look completely different.

46 is no age! She looked absolutely great before, and has always been brilliant at not giving a shit, and don't apologise, don't explain.

I know it's the norm now for a lot of women (which is sad especially as so many 20-somethings get Botox), but I think she looked much, much better without Botox, fillers whatever it is.

She’s gained weight and had fillers. See also amber heard, who is a different woman in court to acting weight a couple of years ago (I was going to use the usual phrase “fighting weight” but seemed rather inappropriate for her)

Her life since being a teenager has be all about how she looks. Nothing else. I doubt many people would even recognise her voice. Is it surprising then, if she has some work done? Her only perceived asset is diminishing - it’s going to mess with your head.
Rather than castigate, why not admire her for the career she has had?

She’s 48 plus.
