Lovely jeans @Rollerbird - my Jigsaw ones are also a 26 and I had exactly the same concern when I ordered them (right down to there only being a 26 in the sale).

@Sooverthemill - I’m so impressed with your ability to identify the style of the jeans from a single picture! I’m also puzzling over the whereabouts of some Hush trousers - in my case it is a pair of black jeans. I should probably check DD’s wardrobe. Although I think they’d be too big and too short and the wrong style for her.

I’m definitely dressed for the office today. But definitely still not allowed to return to the office and I won’t be changing into my electric blue heels as they are in my cupboard in the office.

Fab day at the zoo yesterday. @itssquidstella we did look out for the tapirs but couldn't spot them. Come to think of it, we've looked for them every time we've been there but I don't think we've ever seen them, although there's a sign, so I assume they are actually there somewhere! 😂

I bought some Topshop Jamie jeans from eBay recently. I was very dubious as I had a crap pair of Topshop jeans before (about 10 years ago but I hold a grudge when my pants end up on show in public!) and didn't rate them, but the new (to me) ones have arrived and I bloody love them! They're really thick with just the right amount of stretch. They seem to come up big, though, I bought my usual size and they're quite gapey at the waistband and I've definitely not lost weight. Means I can finally retire my old M&S skinnies with the increasingly large hole in the waistband, at least. 🙈

I love eBay! Such great bargains. My latest jeans I wore at weekend were BNWT £30 but retailed at £235.

I love going to children's farms and wildlife centres. I need grandchildren! We have a day off today as the guy doing flooring has a child who had a Covid test yesterday so waiting results. Damn, but also nice to be quiet

Actually out today for a real in person meeting we had to have. Remember those that we used to have with other humans

Is it really Friday? I seem to be a bit adrift at the moment. Mostly because I don’t have the kids extracurricular activities as anchor points any more. (The swimming pool is still completely closed).

I did join an online art class which was run by one of my colleagues in India. It was fun. What do you make of my efforts?

I was so pleased with my Topshop jeans that I bought another pair on eBay. It's slightly frustrating because I'm between sizes so the first pair I bought are quite big and this pair are quite tight. They're both wearable but not perfect. Still better than lots I've tried, though, and I like the leopard print stripe down the side of these ones (although we're visiting my parents again this weekend as DH is still away and my DM definitely doesn't like them at all! 😂)
