I am so pleased with this outfit, Toast charcoal grandad shirt and last year's Japanese trousers that I just had to show you!

it is lovely , not lined though! And still expensive for a raffia bag , but I have found nothing else to compare. Here it is on the French company's website that Toast have sourced it from Slippery

I dont think that the handles are long enough to wear it easily on my shoulders, that model looks very petite!

Out of interest, how ‘robust’ would you say it is - I mean, is it just for a hammam beach towel and a swimsuit, or would it bear the weight of a purse, a phone, a paperback, sunnies and a couple of lipsticks, say? I’m beginning to have rafia bag envy and I honestly never thought I would be writing those words!

On definitely fairly robust Id say, book phone jumper bottle of water its beautifully made

Strap is securely woven in. I But ts not a stiff bag though , here it is with some random stuff in !

I think (maybe...) I'm done with the Toast sale for now. Ive done my summer shopping too. I have plenty.
So my favourite buy...atm the thing I am using the most is my whistles crochet bag. I love it the more I use it. I use it more than I thought I would!
As for dresses, I haven't really worn many of them with lockdown. I love my sezane perfume and a dress that I recently got with bright flower print. Oh and of course I love my toast dress! [Pale blue oxford shirt one] but haven't worn that yet.

Im still just picking up little bits , john lewis has a few bargains worth trying I think , I can imagine me wafting on a hot beach in this JL linen dress and as I missed the Kin parka but need a waterproof I have ordered a navy Joules one which was reduced

You inspired me to go and have another look at JL where I found this, which I actually like better than the Kin one that’s on its way to me - and it was in stock in the right size. Win/win. Thank you, I thought I was done!

I’m done for now, making a (short) list of things I want for Autumn/winter.
I returned the derby shoes as I felt they were just too heavy so didn’t reorder. I kept the wrap cardigan which is beautiful.
