Toast are taking so long to despatch orders right now, ive only just had an email to say they have dispatched the leaf trousers ( and the Ikat skirt which will be going back anyway)

Although this is only H&M I thought it had a bit of a Toast-esque vibe to it. It’s very oversized - dd bought an extra small and it swamped her so I bought it from her to avoid the difficulty with returns just now. I do like a big cuff - and these are huge!

I have had a mad (possibly lost it!) moment and ordered the charcoal grandad shirt at full price! . They have gone out of stock fast and I haven't seen anything like it in that colour anywhere else ..

But its so cold here today, that I am wearing the Dobbie trousers that I bought in the winter sale and the Toast charcoal loop jersey top ..
( Fancied a charcoal shirt to go with the trousers for warmer days though )

Those both look really great! I am just off to pick up my oat linen drawstring linen trousers and orange boy tee - and a couple of Kin parkas I ordered out of curiosity

If you can make it out with my terrible photography skills, I'm wearing the slate cotton linen smock (which is perfect for days like today) and an old pair of Gabi trousers

Well my Alix trousers have arrived from JL. So glad I got the 8 (I am not an 8) as there seems to be quite a bit of material round the waist/bum, so I think I’m keeping them as they are very comfortable.
The merino wrap cardigan in wine/burgundy ( from Toast itself) is definitely a keeper, it’s absolutely beautiful Very light but perfect to throw on over a dress or something.
The brogues are great I think but I’ve yet to try them on with other clothes so reserving judgment. Either way they’ll have to go back (for exchange or return) as there’s a nail sticking through the left foot just at my little toe.

Glad to see everyone wearing trousers today, our weather is a bit meh too.

I've just tried on the tee-shirt and the linen drawstring trousers and they're both going back. the tee-shirt colour isn't really me and the trousers are ENORMOUS and a bit see-thru

Is there anyone on this thread who absolutely 100% knows they'd like either for the price I paid? (plus postage) - I would rather they went to one of you than a horrible eBay seller. I don't know if it's strictly allowed, but Mumsnet is welcome to take this down if they want.

The boy tee-shirt is a small and the trousers are an XS (but huge). I could send pics

@Faustina I''m not a regular on the thread but if you're willing I'd love the t-shirt (I managed to get it in a medium but had to send it back as it was too big). Totally understand if you'd rather wait and see if someone else wants it though!

@Laska2Meryls I really like the charcoal. I wonder where you are as it’s warm here and we’re pretty far north. Hope the grandad shirt is good, it always feels a bit 🙈 to buy full price.

Well the jumpsuit I bought in January has come back into the sale. It is absolutely heavenly and I’m tempted by the black too (I have the sulphur). If anyone fancies a splurge I recommend it. Very flattering and all round gorgeous!

@faustina which colour linen drawstring trousers? If blue then yes, but I suspect by the see through comment they are Natural.

@paintedwolf - yes, they're natural (oat). I'm surprised it wasn't mentioned in the reviews actually - you can see the outlines of your leg in them!

Railings you can't get much further south in the uk than here! ( Southern coast of Isle of Wight....(well Cornwall is a tad ) its just rained all day and I am also cold because of fasting!

Railings, I was cursing you and about to get my credit card out for that jumpsuit. Fortunately I read the reviews first and I’d have to cut so much off the legs it would be pointless. Am I imagining it or did they do a matching jacket? I can’t find it now.

It is long and I’m going to get it taken up but honestly it’s beautiful!
