What 'cheapies' do you like?
Do you always have them around or do you only buy when you're trying to spend less?

Oh, and the Collection range does the best "brow mascara" I've tried, for only £3.99.

MorrisZapp · 18/06/2020 17:37

Astral cream on my dry face to make it dewy. Nivea sunshine shower gel, smells like holidays, costs a quid. Simple face wash gel or it's even cheaper Aldi equivalent.

I love and use loads of high end stuff but the above can't be bettered at any price.

tellmewhentheLangshiplandscoz · 18/06/2020 17:42

Oooh I love 4711 cologne. Very vintage Smile

allaglow · 18/06/2020 17:59

Cera Ve cleanser, moisturising lotion and moisturising cream ( all can be used for face and body).

Beketaten · 18/06/2020 18:59

Aldi skincare. Currently using the rose facial oil (£4) and the Q10 night cream (£1.45!). I'm going to try the caviar moisturiser next. There isn't a store near me, but there's free delivery for online orders over £20.

RickOShay · 18/06/2020 19:04

Child’s Farm body moisturiser. It has that lovely feel after you’ve put it on, smooth without stickiness.

Browzingss · 18/06/2020 19:07

Superdrug tongue scrapers are amazing. Make me feel like I’ve visited the dentist. Honestly, they take clean to the next level

Midnight0 · 18/06/2020 19:10

Poundland No6 make up remover is great, never buy anything else.

PurBal · 18/06/2020 19:17

For cheapies I'd say The Ordinary AHA & BHA peeling solution. Best exfoliation ever.

thefamousfiveplusone · 18/06/2020 19:24

This is my go to body moisturiser and I absolutely love it!

Baby lotion.Ive used it for 25 years to take my eye make up off.Its takes even waterproof stuff off and doesnt sting.Big bottle for around a pound!

scrivette · 18/06/2020 19:38

It's been mentioned before but Nivea soft, it really suits my skin and can be used on hands, faces, everywhere.

unstableunicorn · 18/06/2020 19:41

Never been let down by Superdrug own brand skincare, not only is it cheap but they've always got 3 for 2 on!

Onekidnoclue · 18/06/2020 20:05

Superdrug own brand stuff is so good.

I never thought I might need a tongue scraper but what one now. Am also off to look at the ordinary stuff again. It’s not a great site for me as I’m easily confused Confused

nanbread · 18/06/2020 20:24

Another one that can't get enough of Superdrug!

Their B. range, especially the phase products, is truly excellent. And often half price. It's as good as products I've used at 5 times the price. Really "expensive" ingredients.

Their Naturally Radiant range is also very good and so cheap.

I also think some Collection make up is pretty good.

Ginandbearit1 · 18/06/2020 23:12

Agreed, Superdrug Naturally Radiant range is excellent, especially the hot cloth cleanser. Cruelty free as well.

I like the Olay Touch of Sunshine face moisturiser. Gives a hint of fair tan and makes me look so much healthier!

Jedstre · 19/06/2020 09:28

Simple hydrating cleansing oil. I have oily skin and always use an oil cleanser as first cleanse at night to remove makeup. I’ve used more expensive like DHC but this simple one is great. Not always easy to find but big Boots stores usually have it.
I also like simple eye makeup remover. It’s non oily and good for light eye makeup. It doesn’t sting at all.

BanishNo5 · 19/06/2020 10:34

Lidl and aldi creams and serums are good as is superdrug own

motherofgod2 · 19/06/2020 10:52

Nivra Soft, Lux soap is beautiful and about 50p a bat, I love the rose scented one. Revolution make up, in particular the foundation stick which covers my melasma better than Dermablend. All Superdrug own make. Collection Lasting Perfection concealer. I love a bargain

Beachlovingirl · 19/06/2020 11:21

Aveno baby moisterisor. I ran out of my Clinique 72 hour pink one - moisture surge? And this is as good if not better plus I don’t feed bad being generous with it since it’s £4 and works great as a hand cream and body lotion too, and you can also use it on your baby.

JaneJeffer · 19/06/2020 12:17

@StarShapedWindow it's being discontinued so you should stock up.

Mine are Sanex Dermo Sensitve soap, Nivea Soft and Vaseline.

PurpleDaisies · 19/06/2020 13:37

Yet another vote for the Superdrug naturally radiant range. Not the hot cloth cleanser for me (spots!) but the complete cleanser is better than the posh Estée Lauder I switched from when i went vegan and cruelty free.

TheLadyAnneNeville · 19/06/2020 13:43

Aveeno Cream with Colloidal Oats. Absolute miracle worker.

Nivea Q10 60+ Cream... out performing my Vichy and Eucarin anti wrinkle creams. Fraction of the price if bought on offer.

StarShapedWindow · 19/06/2020 13:46

@JaneJeffer thanks for that, I will!

Allflightscancelled · 19/06/2020 13:51

Morrisons does an intensive body moisturiser in a green bottle. I think it's exactly the same as the similar looking Nivea one (even smells the same) and it's £1. It's now my go-to after years of wasting money on more expensive stuff.
