@kiteflyingcat love the dress, it's a beautiful colour and very classy. Like you I've not left the countryside for months so I'm only up-to-date on the latest dog walking gear, but that's how I'd wear it. Same to you @justo edayatatime11

Nice dress @toastfiend and even the non boring boring outfits are more stylish than I’ve managed today. Though I did train my sweet peas so nearly bean growing!

My DM has sent me some clothes for my birthday. They are... not really me. I’m not entirely sure what stage of my life she had in mind, but despite my advancing years, it’s not one I’ve quite reached yet. Possibly WI, bridge club, opening a church fete, mother of the bride?

I can’t tell her I don’t like them, she means well and I love her and she’s not very well at the moment , so I had a quick got at styling them so I don’t look like I’m a going to arrange roses with the vicar.

I’ll post some of my attempts. Any ideas you have would be appreciated. To be fair, I’ll only probably wear it when I see her. But I do have to spend 2 1/2 hours on tube and trains to get there...

@Shannith I’d try the jacket with jeans, I’m picturing relaxed fit, (possibly even ones with a rip if you have any) with turned up hems, trainers, a cool t-shirt underneath. Is it the style or the colour you’re not sure about?

@KiteflyingKat actually the jacket is ok. It's quite a nice cut and the blouse is a nice shape it's just maybe a bit too far actual granny than granny chic.

I must be the only person in the world with no mom jeans. I do have some blazer type jackets that I'd wear with ripped jeans, but they are a bit less weddingy

I think my mum might cry if I worse it with trainers, but I'll have a go and post pics (that's it these ones do, ever seems to work on the app)

@Sickoffamilydrama I think sometimes simple outfits are good. Sometimes we overthink things.

@Palacepaper I think you can just have one box then cancel. I've set my box duration for every 2 months. It was every 3 months but you choose what suits you x love today's outfit. That skirt and t is so relaxed and looks like such a comfy outfit.

@Shannith actually I like how you've styled them but also @KiteflyingKat had great suggestions to dress them both down which I think would work great. . I've just come round to the idea of a great blazer so might be biased.

I'm very excited - the lovely new look blue dress was out of stock in my size yesterday but I checked this morning and they had one in stock so I've ordered

Wow you've all been chatty!@EllaPaella ( have you changed your name?) of course you are miserable! Just go with it. Sometimes I torture myself with photos pre illness, sometimes it makes me smile knowing that those times will come again.

I'm wearing my new mint velvet t-shirt, Levi jeans and cardigan from H&M as it's a beautiful day but chilly in the house.

@Shannith I like both the blazer and the blouse, they’re both quite versatile and can be worn with jeans, capris etc. The advice you’ve been given already is along the lines of what I’d give you too, blush pink is really nice on you, I’m jealous!

@toastfiend yesterday’s dress was so nice, I also had a wee look on anthropologie, I’m now obsessed, my bank account is not so much - I already have a fairfax and favor list that doesn’t need a friend! Also I love that you can rock a boiler suit, that colour is great on you.

Very basic/casual for me today, I think I’m safe from cycling for today at least, I love it because it gets us out of the city and in the fresh air but my legs are feeling the 60km+ in the last three days
