Ps nothing worthy of posting here clothes wise. White T-shirt, Levi’s. Have ordered a lovely new blouse from fat face though after seeing @EllaPaella’s.

Humid here and the odd rain shower has started but it hasn’t seemed to clear the air!

Oh no @Sooverthemill not that it helps on anyway but I keeping eyeing up your sandals, thanks @OublietteBravo still waiting to hear if we can enforce the design I hope so apart from anything it actually looks dangerous to me they've copied but not blunted edges.
My lovely relative dropped round a load of clothes today she does love to shop and a bargain lucky Dsis and I get her hand me downs which often haven't been worn.
Blouse Sainsbury's
Skirt Monki
Got a pic of my earrings which are silver dipped/coated shells from the silvery. Silver suits me but it does tarnish although these have done well.

My thoughts are with you @Sooverthemill, I hope you get good news soon, you deserve some.

My new teal cord dungarees arrived today & I love them. They need a lot of wriggling to get over my hips but once I’m there they look good!

Morning! Really damp and overcast here. Means another day of frizzy Hair!

Trousers and T-shirt - Gap
Cardi - Jack Wills

Haven’t worn the trousers before but had since February 🤦‍♀️ Wide leg are a bit out of my comfort zone but I like them 😊

@Sickoffamilydrama - I love the earrings and the skirt.

@Softpebbles - those trousers look great on you.

Hazy sunshine with rain forecast later. I’ve finally cracked and worn my dungarees on a work day (no video calls in my diary). I’m struggling with drafting two linked patent applications - so I’ll mostly be wandering around the house being cross. Probably not a bad day to embrace my inner toddler Grin

@Softpebbles those trousers are fab! Really like them

@Oubliette that sounds fun. I need someone that understands residents management committees as have somehow got into a spat with ours by asking how they reached decisions! Yikes

Percy has been a nightmare and destroyed stuff in his crate overnight ( ripped to shreds an old duvet which was flat on top of his crate on top of a whole load of other stuff so it took real commitment and destroyed so much small stuff he pulled though) and barked non stop since 4. I think the pain meds must have worn off and he was wearing a cone of shame too. Oh well.
DD still asleep thank god. Hoping to hear back from nurse today about a plan.
It's very humid and my hair has gone crazy frizzy too.
Tee: hush
Trousers: hush ( which obviously don't like being put I've a hanger)
Sandals : ancient Birkenstock's

Off out for a socially distanced play date for DD today. She's an only child and hasn't seen any of her friends since the beginning of March so she's very excited!

I had those trousers in my basket a couple of times @Sooverthemill kind of glad I didn't get them if they crease easily.
I've got on one of the dresses my relative not sure about it as think it's to big it is cotton so I can waft about.
Not sure where it's from.

Sorry to hear about your DD @Sooverthemill. Sounds very stressful. I hope it proves to be an anomaly in results and nothing more serious/a simple explanation. One of our dogs was very difficult when she was younger so I also understand the frustration/stress. Hope things improve with Percy once the pain meds kick in.

Not really feeling it today, so very low-effort. Not that I often make much effort... 😂

@Softpebbles definitely ex for a reason! Those trousers look great on you.
@Sickoffamilydrama I love a good wafty dress, prefer yours with the belt if you don't mind me saying.
Jumpsuit - George
Sandals - Birkenstock
Finally dug my other Birkenstocks out of the attic (they're silver not black!) and they are covered in a lovely film of green despite DH assuring me it's dry up there 😡. Does anyone know if I give them a gentle scrub with Zoflora it will damage them?

Love that jumpsuit @TheOnlyMrsW you look fantastic 😍

I've just ordered a couple more bits from the Sezane sale, then that will be me done buying clothes until autumn.

Thanks for the dress love I actually took it off as felt frumpy but looking at the photos it doesn't. My relative sent this dress as well but it's slightly tight around the chest so although it's pretty I'm not keeping it as I need to be able to move.

I like both outfits @Sickoffamilydrama

Great jumpsuit @TheOnlyMrsW

I’m still in gym gear from my run. I’m doing some ice dying today so I’ll get dressed once I’ve finished that.

I've been rubbish at posting pictures but very much enjoying people's outfits

Just now at the stables

Jacket - trespass, ruined by horses
Top - fat face
Jodhpurs - Dublin riding tight/legging things. Look the business but actually not that comfy and the sticky bum bit annoys me.
Socks - M&S
Trainers - Nike

@softpebbles I really like those trousers. They look perfect for dressing up or down and comfy.

@sooverthemill hope you get good news and the test results are an anomaly. Your GP and the practice nurse sound lovely btw. Hope Percy is now behaving himself. I looked at those trousers too. Nice summery outfit.

@QueenCT I love that t shirt and those leggings are funky. I have a pile of stuff in my spare room to take to the tip so can't get to my mirror !

@sickoffamilydrama I love that dress. Personally I prefer it with a belt.

@toastfiend OMG sloth dungarees. I've just realised that's what the pattern is. I just thought it was the style name 🤷🏻‍♀️ love them!

@TheOnlyMrsW that's a great jumpsuit. Are thy e Birkenstock's leather ones? If so diluted zoflora should be fine or you could try diluted bicarbonate of soda on a toothbrush.

Sunny today but only had to nip out for a bit of shopping. .

Trainers - Mint velvet
Jeans - Matalan

@MerlinsButler old boohoo top! Lucy lockets leggings for comfort
Haven't decided what to do with the room yet, eventually I want to replace the wardrobes and have them built into the recess but apart from that.., pass!
The council did a collection for the bed I was getting rid of and basically let me launch whatever else I wanted as well Grin

Thanks all for the jumpsuit love, I was raging at DH this morning as I've lost a stone since lockdown started and can't really see it but have looked back at thread photos and it does look better than this time last month Blush.
@MerlinsButler they are leather so will try diluted bicarb first, thanks!

@Ellapaella what is the Sezane sizing like? I've fallen in love with the Gaspard jumper. But not a brand I've shopped before.

@KiteflyingKat love those jeans.

@TheOnlyMrsW Good luck. Bicarbonate of soda is my go to solution. Diluted of course. But I also use it on my white trainers when they get a bit mucky. With a soft toothbrush or microfibre cloth.

Late to this today, and my outfit wasn’t very interesting - everyone looks fab. Wearing Levi’s balloon jeans, Bowie tee by The Colourful Crew, Stan Smiths.

@MerlinsButler true to size despite being french! I'm a standard 10 and go for a 10 or small. Perfect fit. It's a slippery slope.. I'm hooked on Sezane now and slightly obsessed!

The Gaspard jumper is divine. I've ordered the Massia blouse, Tilia jumper and Anne dress. I probably won't keep it all but I wanted free delivery so added in the dress 'just to see'. I really can't afford to love it all.

Report
MerlinsButler · 17/06/2020 22:59

@Ellapaella thanks. I know it's such a lovely site. I'm blaming you!!! I love your jumper so I thought I'd just take a quick peek. I also looked at the Massia blouse. And their jewellery is lovely and they have some gorgeous heeled sandals that I'd love if I thought I'd ever actually wear them.

I'm seriously tempted to order a few extra bits as well as the Gaspard just to see / dream. And pretend I'm French.
