Haha me too @MerlinsButler. My style has completely evolved in the last year which means buying more stuff! If Stitchfix works I’m hoping it’ll stop me spending too much outside of the boxes. It all depends on how well they get me

@RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie welcome back! No photo for me but sounds very chic

Thanks, Soover. Scruffy rather than chic, but comfortable and nice to have a bit of colour! Grin

I’m finally (!) out my scruffs and into my new New Look dress.
Glad I sized up & ordered the 12.

Honestly though - are the white trainers with a dress a bit 2019? Are people still wearing that combo?

I’ve not left the countryside for weeks so not seen anyone who is not wearing exercise gear or dog walking clothes for ages.....!

@KiteflyingKat that dress is gorgeous 😍 Really nice, I love it.

Thanks @EllaPaella

I’m pleased as I missed out on a very similar Zara dress last year.

I’m realising not going to the office means I’m completely out of touch with fashions. One of the good points about actually doing the commute into London is it keeps me (vaguely) in touch with trends Grin

@happytobemrsg the dress is lovely! I think it looks great with your converse and I really wouldn’t worry what is ‘fashionable’. A quick look on Instagram makes me think it’s still what people wear!

It’s hot so I’m actually in shorts

Too: Boden last year sale
Shorts: gap BF shirts via eBay last year
Sandals: LK Bennett last years sale ( very happy as I was tempted at full price)
I have my pink Paris sweats in case the wind gets up ( being coastal that happens)

Hoping to plant out my runner beans this evening. Exciting. We also have a roast delivery booked. Can’t get better than that. Enjoy all yours days

That dress is perfect on you @KiteflyingKat. Gorgeous colour. I have no idea what’s trendy either. Have you signed up to Who What Wear emails?

I bought this 3/4 fitted top from M&S last week & it’s perfect for under my dungarees. Would consider buying it in black but trying to resist

Top: M&S
Dungarees: Lucy & Yak

Thanks everyone.

I’m not so much bothered about looking “trendy”, I just don’t want to look like I’m obviously wearing a look that was very in last year but now looks dated if that makes sense?!

@happytobemrsG how many dungarees do you have now?

Great dress @KiteflyingKat and @Justonedayatatime11. I think it looks fine with white trainers.

I’m definitely not feeling terribly stylish today. But mostly that’s because I have things to do that aren’t compatible with stylish (I’m off to wash my car).

Shirt: Gap
Base layer: Primark
Jeans: Mint Velvet
Trainers: Phase Eight

@KiteflyingKat that’s comparable to asking me how much I weigh 😂😂😂 I have 7 plus another on the way. Aside from some short ones I want to get that’s it for me. I hope.

@Justonedayatatime11 and @KiteflyingKat that dress is gorgeous!

Just getting caught up on yesterday’s posts, DP’s bike has been fixed and we’ve done 60km in 2 days, so it’s just been boring workout gear for me. I’m hoping that the novelty wears off soon, I’m not sure my legs/derrière can handle much more cycling!

Hope everyone’s having a good weekend!

Loving the dress @KiteflyingKat and @Justonedayatatime11 - that's the sort of thing I'm looking for so I'll have a look at New Look. Boden is a good suggestion too, thank you @Sooverthemill, I've got some nice things from them so I'll have a look at their dresses. I was also gardening this morning, no runner beans here but I've planted out my climbing beans Smile

@MerlinsButler can you choose the frequency of stitch fix boxes? Or get one as a one off?

Now the gardening's done I've got dressed into a mint velvet t-shirt (new) and warehouse skirt. With white trainers when I go for a walk later.

More dressed up than usual today as we went to look at a house.

Dress - Anthropologie

I wore it with Boden heeled ankle boots and Banana Republic earrings when we went out. House wasn't right for us, but it was nice to get out beyond the supermarket or our local dog walking routes for a change.

Boring for me today. Hush jeans, Seasalt jumper and Veja trainers.
It's mild but overcast and I feel a bit 'meh' and can't be arsed today. Haven't done anything much at all, will be taking the dog out for evening walk soon and possibly go for a run if I can find the enthusiasm. I actually feel a bit down in the dumps today - I should have been in Rome this weekend for DS's 18th birthday, I'm really missing my friends and my freedom. It's hit me hard today, a bit self
indulgent to feel this way perhaps 🤷‍♀️ I've had a headache for 9 days and just feel under the weather.
