Just that really

1, the setting of the three diamonds on each side on the second looks off- placed and poorly set. I could see it catching in everything and possible loss of stones.

Have you thought about having the sapphire set the other way round?

The first. I agree with Oblamov that the second looks dated.

I'm still not sure @BubblesBuddy! This post has raised some useful points which I probably wouldn't have considered though. So I think I will go into a local jewellers once life is a bit more normal again, see what they can do and have a proper chat with them
