@Noeuf I have a small oval sapphire that I'd like to have set into a ring, but really torn between those two sort of designs.

How lovely op I had my stones from my engagement ring set into my wedding band as I just wanted one unfussy ring. Was fun.

1 is very modern / current in style.

2 - it's very pretty, and it's a timeless, classic style. I think 1 is a bit boring.
