Thanks toastfiend. Having a mild panic over spending so much on a pair of boots that don't want to fit!

itssquidstella · 03/05/2020 09:32

Ooh what bike have you got, @Softpebbles? I've been enjoying the chance to get out more than I usually do - I cycled along the Mall to Buckingham Palace yesterday!

Sooverthemill · 03/05/2020 09:40

Shirt: hush ( which I waited and waited for and finally got it for £25!)
Jeans: same as yesterday, gap
Sandals: Birkenstock

It's a nice day today but my hay fever/asthma has gone beserk so I have to stay inside. Grr

Hope everyone has nice days

Nice shirt soover.

@itssquidstella I am a relative newbie. Only at around 15-20 miles. We live quite rurally and I have a hybrid Carrera. Have been lent a specialised road bike to try. Yet to try it. I have been thinking about investing when the bike shops are open and I can go and be properly fitted.

itssquidstella · 03/05/2020 10:58

@Softpebbles it's definitely worth getting fitted! Once you know what size you need, you should look online - you can get some great end of line bargains from sites like Wiggl.

TheOnlyMrsW · 03/05/2020 11:31

Thank you for the lovely comments on yesterday's outfit!!! Overcast and gloomy again today Sad.

Jeans - George
Top - Nine at Debenhams
Sandals - Birkenstock

@Sooverthemill the print on the Hush blouse is gorgeous!

It’s dull and overcast here today too. And I think I might finally have gone to far in my quest to avoid wearing dark colours Grin

Jumper: Gap
Trousers: Boden
Trainers: Boden

Sooverthemill · 03/05/2020 12:44

@oubliette I love it!

crazyspaniellady · 03/05/2020 13:15

@Judystilldreamsofhorses I’ll try, I’m painfully shy in social situations though! Blush

@Justonedayatatime11 My Reginas did require some breaking in but I have the original unlined ones, I have 4 pairs of their boots and the more “rugged” ones took no breaking in but I do find my dressier ones on the narrow side, they’re absolutely stunning though!

@cravingthelook That dress is absolutely stunning!

Crazyspanielcat decided that sunday morning was the perfect time to sing me the song of her people and promptly chuck up a hairball on my duvet! Envy so Im a little late to the party!
I’m off to have an “opposite ends of the drive-way coffee” with my grandparents, I’m missing them terribly, they’re like my second parents!

Top - Jack Wills
Jeans - Warehouse (I’m sure they were £8 in the sale and I love them!!)
Sandals - Birkenstock

Well here I am in

Tesco T-shirt

Accessorize sage plaited headband

Just put on my New Look turquoise hoody as it's a bit cooler here in the garden

Haven't had a chance to read today's posts - off to catch up now

@cravingthelook I absolutely love yesterday's green dress, gorgeous.

We've been for a long walk, I've had a bath and now wearing my sweaty Betty yoga pants and hoodie. I'm so glad I bought them!

EllaPaella · 03/05/2020 19:21

The ultimate in comfort clothing @PalacePaper. I'm loving my hoodie too

EllaPaella · 03/05/2020 19:40

@Sickoffamilydrama I love those two tones of blue together.

OublietteBravo · 04/05/2020 08:11

@cravingthelook - I missed your fabulous green dress somehow. Just wanted to say that I love it.

Meetings all day today . So I’m in something akin to workwear to try and ensure I’m in the right frame of mind.

Shirt: Boden
Belt: Mint Velvet
Jeans: Gap
Trainers: Clarks

Sooverthemill · 04/05/2020 09:15

@Sickoffamilydrama I love those blues!

New jumpsuit, H&M gave me 25% off anything for my birthday so I got this. It's linen blend. I like it especially as it's easy to get in and out of!
Jumpsuit: H&M
Sandals: M&S

toastfiend · 04/05/2020 09:40

No outfits from me over the weekend as I spent most of it in the garden or riding the horse. I'm hosting a webinar this morning (dreading it) so thought I ought to dress a bit more smartly than usual.

Star print dress - Oasis

Ordinarily I'd be wearing it with my Fairfax & Favor Regina boots, but given that I'm not going anywhere and the attendees are only going to see my upper-half, it seems a bit pointless to do so!

crazyspaniellady · 04/05/2020 10:16

I feel I can make more of an effort with my outfit today as I’m doing more than just a dog walk, I have the excitement of a weekly shop! I’ve even put on a full face because I felt like this too deserved it!

Top - Monsoon
Jeans - Topshop
Sandals - Birkenstock

itssquidstella · 04/05/2020 10:46

Unlike your jumpsuit, @Sooverthemill, and your too, @crazyspaniellady.

I'm making an effort from the waist up today!

Silk shirt from John Lewis, necklace from DH (no idea!) and jeans from Topshop.

Shannith · 04/05/2020 11:41

In the spirit of what I actually seem to wear most day me in my yoga/running gear.

I sound more virtuous than I am, but not riding (boo) at the moment so determined to be reasonably fit and flexible when I can get back on board.

Sports bra - shock absorber, very necessary despite not exactly large of nork
Vest top - Topshop, ancient
T-shirt probably £1 from charity shop
Fancy running leggings - ditto
Running sucks - Nike

My rather fancy turquoise running trainers (not shown) were £3 from the same charity shop. I miss it! I go past it in my way to the stables 3 times a week and get so many bargains from there.

Shannith · 04/05/2020 11:56

Running does indeed sometimes suck! Though I believe I wear running socks to do it.

Week 7, run 2 of couch to 5k. Getting there very very slowly.

happytobemrsg · 04/05/2020 12:00

I’ll catch up on everyone’s post later (sorry!), but quickly adding yesterday’s & today’s outfits

Dungarees: Lucy & Yak
Jumper: Only
Headband: Oliver Bonas

Jumper: Benetton
Jeans: Lucy & Yak
Belt: Lucy & Yak
Necklace: Mint Velvet
