Now that the Commonwealth event is nearly over, we have another treat ahead of us. Maxima in Indonesia!

In light of what happened on the previous thread, I'm going to take a leaf out of Elizabeth SMT Holmes' book and say critique the clothes and the styling but not the physical appearances of various royal women.

Camilla looks great in that picture. Am I the only one that thinks Charles still looks quite ill?

I loved that W&K video. I can't be the only one though that would have loved it 100 times more if at the end they'd stood up and had their pj bottoms on. Only getting my top half dressed for work at the minute is one of the major perks of this whole thing.

Kate is very at ease talking to children. They are less critical I suppose.

Both are making the rookie mistake of sitting far too close to the screen! I have colleagues who do this and it makes them look like they have giant foreheads!!

Mustard is an awful colour but who knew Kate could carry it off!?

And yes, her hair looked great and natural. I'm guessing a basic blow dry done by herself with perhaps some straighteners to keep it smooth.

Camilla and Charles look great but man, he does better with formal clothes! :) In his defence, my dad is 85 and been retired for 25 years. It took him until he was about 75 before he did casual in any way that wasn't a bit awkward and embarrassing! And Charles is still working so doesn't get as much practice! :)

Maxima needs to start staying home more in my opinion. But then I'm not sure what the Dutch guidelines are.

I had a friend whose dad was retired but still wore a tie every day!

A fashion flashback to Charles and Camilla's wedding

Zara's outfit is very very noughties, and William was so handsome!

Three things

1. That was during william’s blink and you missed it hot phase.

1. Did Zara get dressed in the dark. I don’t remember fashion being quite that bad.

1. I loved Camilla’s Anna Valentine dress. It really suited her.

Camilla’s silver dress was beautiful.

The royals usually look like they got dressed in the dark. Fashionable they ain’t.

Early noughties William was hot!

William really was hot. He had the look of a rich boy, tanned, sun kissed highlights and slim from rich sports like skiing and polo.

So like Diana in that photo.

Camilla looked great, everyone else looked well turned out. Except Zara. Dressed in the dark indeed.

I loved Camilla's dress although I'd have preferred silver embroidery on the pale blue. Her dress from the civil ceremony was lovely too. She got both outfits spot on.

I'm not sure William was actually hot, sorry. Although the 'blink and you miss it' comment made me chuckle!

They wouldn’t be using his picture these days if the Princess Diaries was remade. Even though he and Catherine are lovely together.

Oh he was definitely hot! Britney Spears commented on him at the time lol.

I just watched the Kate and William video. It was great, very natural. I loved the part where she said :"I'm Catherine; this is William."
