@Hellokittymania - have you considered wearing a base layer underneath the top (rather than working out what to wear over it)?

Btw Oubliette I didn't mean to second guess your idea I just meant that the trousers are so cute and springy that it's sad to think of testing them out in a week when it's so cold and wet! On second read I worried that I sounded rude.

Bravo, I didn’t know you could do that. Because the material is so thin, do you just put another longsleeved T-shirt underneath?

@Hellokittymania - try a long-sleeved stretch crew from Primark underneath - I wear them under all sorts of tops these days.

So very bored of being cold. Doesn't leave for much inspiration in the clothes front.
Today I've worn
Khaki green mint velvet jumper. Cant see much on the photo but it is one of my faves. It has stud detailing on the sleeves and a slub neck.
Black non-descript trousers
Black shoes urban outfitters

Up super early because electrician coming 'about' 8.

Still very cold here not so windy though but have just seen another bloody storm on its way!

Shoes: brand new backless mules Dune sale ( my kurt Geiger ones are dying and let's face it, these are my go to 'slippers')

Not happy to report this is the footwear of the moment, lol. Heels in office batch!

Been missing in action- away seeing my DD2 at uni. I packed badly ( thought I'd make myself wear old stuff in the name of shopping-the-wardrobe) and had to stay longer than planned, so outfits are iffy!

Love the jeans rolled up @Sooverthemill, think the pinafore is FAB on you @KiteflyingKat. Great knits @Hoolajerry and IGotta. Everyone looks lovely but I've left it so long to post, I'm getting confuddled with all the outfits!

Today- Jacket and jeans Zara, top Gap, belt Gucci
Over the weekend I tried to wear a vintage petrol/green leather coat in a variety of ways, but it's a tricky shape. Bought it cos I loved the colour but not sure TBH.

Day 3. With an old blazer I dug out of the back of the wardrobe in the box room. Can’t decide whether to wear it with red shoes or navy shoes. And I’m unsure whether unbuttoned is better than buttoned. I’m clearly being indecisive today.
