Looking good all.
I've been rushing around sorting out everyone who can working from home today, got mostly all sorted. Funny that all the other directors have been doing nothing to help...in fact some have been putting more obstacles in the way 🤦‍♀️

Tried to wear a blouse I haven't in ages but as you'll see by the pictures it has to go as it just rides up all the time...I'm fast developing a capsule wardrobe...but I actually don't want one!

Blazer and Trousers Boden
Blouse Sainsbury's
Brogues Clarks
Necklace hand me down.

I like the necklace and brogue together.

@Sickoffamilydrama - I like the necklace and brogues together too. The brogues are fabulous.

I’ve finally persuaded myself to wear something other than jeans and a jumper. WFH is making me realise how cold my house is, so I’m still pretty well wrapped up.

Jumper dress: Jigsaw
Leggings: Primark
Boot: Celtic & Co.

Welcome back @champagneplanet we all need a bit of cheering up! That's a lovely colour jumper

@OublietteBravo I know what you mean about cold houses. Our old house was dreadful but now luckily ( well kind of ) we are in a modern house with good insulation.

@Sickoffamilydrama I love the colour of the blouse, a shame if it isn't comfortable to wear, also those brogues!
@della lovely spring jumper. It's rubbish here though quite mild again.

I dint wear the outfit I posted the other day so I'm trying a again with a more stretchy pair of jeans. I hate wearing elasticated waist trousers too much as it makes me feel like a slob and reminds me too much of chemo haze. Anyway, rainbow anyone?
Hoping we all stay healthy and sane over the next ( what time period to insert ?) while

Morning...well afternoon all thanks for the brogue love. Just got a moment before I have to get back on with organising everything, it's amazing what can be sorted in a crisis!

So working from home today got my newly dyed blouse on which was creamy off white colour that didn't really suit my colouring, love the colour now shame it's to cold to show off the back although I may try it with a black polo neck.

Welcome @champagneplanet
Blouse Marella (eBay bargain)
Jeans next
Coatigan Sainsbury's
Could do with a long necklace with this I'll wear that next time and iron it before I take a picture

Dungas for me again today. Taken DS to an appointment, now chilling at home, will take the dogs out later. Feeling a bit stressed and worried today but trying not to let it get to me.

Dungas - Lucy & Yak
Top - Boden
Cardigan - New Look

Worn with DMs when we went out.

Nice green dungas @toastfiend they'd go nicely with my blouse 😉 trying to do so many things but keep getting distracted my MN!

OublietteBravo · 19/03/2020 07:48

I’m going for layers today. I’m not sure it is an incredibly stylish look - but hopefully I’ll be warm. I have a furniture delivery arriving today - I think I’ll be a bit warmer when I’ve moved my workspace into the box room.

Gilet: Karen Millen
Jumper: Warehouse
Jeans: Boden
High tops: Mint Velvet

Good morning, everyone! Welcome, @champagneplanet. I like the rainbow jumper, @Sooverthemill. Very cheery. @toastfiend your dungaree photos are all so inspiring. Maybe someday I will take the plunge. Like you, @OublietteBravo, I am going for comfort. This feels very pyjama like while having the benefit of not actually being pyjamas.

Stitch fix jumper
Asos leggings
Slippers from local boutique

toastfiend · 19/03/2020 10:24

Love your skirt @champagneplanet.

I'm venturing out to get dog food today, we're running low and one of our puppies has been brought back to us (no fault of his own) so need puppy food too. Lord knows if we'll be able to get it. I'm hoping as it's a working dog food and not available in standard panic buy locations like supermarkets that it'll still be available somewhere, but who knows? Trying to make the most of my last child-free work day before nursery no doubt closes, too.

Dress - Brora, a hand-me-down from my DM
Top - Duns of Sweden
Belt - Lucy & Yak

Will wear DMs when I go out.

toastfiend · 19/03/2020 10:24

Cross-posted with you @dellacucina. I like your jumper. Smile And thank you, I can hugely recommend them for comfort!

Ellapaella · 19/03/2020 11:18

Thank you all for continuing to post in these difficult times. You all look great 💕

I have basically been wearing my uniform (nurse) for the last few days and don't think I'll be wearing anything else anytime soon. Life has suddenly became super busy - I'll keep checking in when I can. Sending positive vibes to all of you Thanks

OP posts:
Ninkanink · 19/03/2020 11:35

@Ellapaella I was thinking about you the other day and wishing you well considering you are a nurse. Please pass on my thanks and Flowers to all your fellow NHS staff and everyone behind the scenes that makes the system work! You’re all true stars.

If anyone wants to join in on a happy, calming thread, I’ve started one in MH for anyone who wants to get away from things when they can:

Sooverthemill · 19/03/2020 13:31

@toastfiend good luck with the dog food. I'm sure you know but Zooplus does very fast delivery . I use it all the time for the food for our dogs. They deliver via yodel or dpd ( you choose)

Sooverthemill · 19/03/2020 13:31

@Ninkanink that's a good idea! It's madness out there.
@Ellapaella stay well, it must be incredibly tough for you , how will you manage next week with your children?

Ellapaella · 19/03/2020 13:41

@Sooverthemill our school is staying open for nhs workers, also my step daughter is coming today to live with us for the foreseeable future to provide support (she's 18). We will manage somehow. So awful all of this.
@Ninkanink thank you 💕 I'll be over to that thread as soon as I can

OP posts:
Sooverthemill · 19/03/2020 15:16

@Ellapaella at least that's one worry off your plate. X

Sickoffamilydrama · 19/03/2020 19:13

@Ellapaella my thoughts are with you ☕🍸
I'm a little torn watching it all, I now run my family business but was a cardiac sister (left 7 years ago). The nurse in me wants to help but then 88 employees are relying on me leading the business and keeping us afloat.
Anyway WFH today sorting out getting everyone who can WFH.
Dress Monsoon (eBay bargain)
Cardigan don't know.

Don't like how it shows my post 3 kids stomach just can't seem to shift it but in fairness I need to try harder.
