@Justonedayatatime11 I think I'd just go with eBay? They seem to sell very well on there.

toastfiend · 04/03/2020 21:03

@Justonedayatatime11 I'd try depop or see if there is a selling page for All Saints clothes on FB, maybe? I've had some success selling on the Scandily Clad Ladies group on FB before.

Ellapaella · 04/03/2020 21:26

There is a FB selling site for AS but hardly anything ever gets sold on it.

Today was a brown/mustard cord skirt white flouncy silk blouse. Black tights and suede slouchy black boots.

I love the zebra print trousers.

Sooverthemill · 05/03/2020 08:17

The Facebook page has only 18 members! Weird. I just worry about eBay for expensive stuff.

Today is going to be a tough day as old dog finally goes to have his lumps and biopsies to see how much time we have left. Gulp

Top: hush
Jeans: gap
Trainers: whistles

@Sooverthemill I hope today goes as well as possible for your dog.

Mostly clad in eBay bargains today. The trousers are a funny one. They're very comfy and from some angles I really like them, but from others they bulge strangely on my thighs and look like I'm wearing a nappy and are the most unflattering things ever, so I'm really undecided. They also really smell of cigarette smoke, which I didn't notice initially but is really bothering me now, so I might change. Any tips on getting cigarette smell out of faux leather?

Trousers - River Island, less than £5 on eBay
Jumper - Topshop, via eBay
Trainers - unbranded, from a small online shop

Forgot the picture. 🤦‍♀️

@Sooverthemill sending good thoughts your way Flowers

dellacucina · 05/03/2020 09:02

@toastfiend ahhh that sounds so irritating! Sorry, I don't have any good advice, just wanted to sympathise. It reminds me of my instant pot seal (possibly made of similar materials to faux leather), which always smells like whatever soup I last made in it

dellacucina · 05/03/2020 09:03

@OublietteBravo I actually like that dress too

OublietteBravo · 05/03/2020 09:23

I’m still digging clothes out of the back of my wardrobe. These trousers are at least as old as DS (he’s 14). And the jumper is at least 6 or 7 years old.

Jumper: Reiss
Top: Primark
Trousers: Gap
Boots: Dune.

The new charity shop jumpsuit which is from Monki.

H&M cardigan

ASOS flats

OublietteBravo do you have a big wardrobe, in terms of being able to store so many things for so long?

Sooverthemill thinking of your dog today

Toastfiend have you had them hanging outside? I find a good blustery day makes a big difference for ingrained smells.

ASOS leopard print belt

@FuckingHateRats - storage space really isn’t an issue. We have a 7 bedroom house (very dated decor and it needs a fair amount of work - which I’ve been avoiding for the 7 years we’ve lived there) and there are only 4 of us living in it. I actually have 1.5 wardrobes and a tall boy. Plus extra cupboard space for shoes.

Sooverthemill · 05/03/2020 10:51

Thanks for all the doggy good wishes. He should be under anaesthetic now. He's 11 and a huge part of our lives, DD ( who is bed bound) adores him and that's a big worry.

@FuckingHateRats love the jumpsuit
@Oubliette maybe you could store my clothes too? 😘

FuckingHateRats · 05/03/2020 12:06

I only have one cupboard and it has ALL my clothes, like everything I own. I'll send you a pic tonight. I've been trying to channel a capsule wardrobe and only have a certain amount of hangers. I'm not allowed to buy any more so if I have no spare I have to get rid of something! It keeps me from impulse buying.

dellacucina · 05/03/2020 17:01

Working from home today.

Similar to my ever-present pencil skirt at work, I would happily wear this every day for casual wear if I didn't think it was boring to do that

M&S cashmere jumper
Stitch Fix jeans

Ps don't mind the ASOS bag behind me Blush

@Sooverthemill hope all went well today. Loving the jumpsuit @FuckingHateRats did you find it warm enough or is it just me who freezes in these things?
Today I'm wear the trousers that match the blazer from yesterday.
Blazer and Trousers Boden
Blouse Sainsbury's
Brogues Clarks.

Ooooh those trousers are dreamy. Love them.

Nah, I think I'm warm blooded. I didn't even wear the cardi for most of the day.

Sooverthemill · 05/03/2020 19:49

Dog is back looking suitably foolish in a vestie . We won't know results until next week. Some growths not as bad as feared, others worse. We've agreed we will just be making sure he's happy and has no pain. When that can't continue we will have to be brave. Thanks all

Sickoffamilydrama · 05/03/2020 20:11

@FuckingHateRats I wonder if it's that you are probably more active than me, I rarely felt cold when I was rushing about as a nurse but now I have a different desk based job I'm always cold.

@Sooverthemill glad he's back sounds like your are doing the best for him.

So up early tomorrow tried a dress I bought and then I've worn once, it's just a little boring for the weekend and to short for work although I like the yellow colour so not wearing that but took a picture anyway 😉
So in the name of using everything I've have I'm not wearing my boots for the 100th time this winter and have my pewter Clarks brogues if my ankles freeze I'm blaming you all
The dress is Sainsbury's and spotty
Blazer M&S
Both are navy as are the tights.

@Sickoffamilydrama love those trousers!!!!

Fairly plain outfit today. Yellow v neck top oasis. Black trousers monsoon. Leopard print flatties - dune. Grey cardigan when I got cold in the office - warehouse.

dellacucina · 05/03/2020 20:28

@FuckingHateRats I love the jumpsuit, including with cardi pairing.

@Sooverthemill that is an adorable dog! Sending more good wishes your wayFlowers

@Sickoffamilydrama I also freeze in basically everything but layers of wool. Short sleeves in this weather is utterly unthinkable. Nice blouse!

Softpebbles · 06/03/2020 06:55

@Sickoffamilydrama like the brogues with the dress.

Still reading but not posting much. Some great outfits. I have bought some cuffed jogger type things from white stuff. Will google a picture. Not sure but just a change from jeans and I do wear trainers quite a bit.

Re being cold I’m either cold or roasting due to meds so I haven’t worn most of my winter jumpers. Have been wearing cardi’s and t-shirts!

Softpebbles · 06/03/2020 06:57

They are a really fine cord. Think I need to try with different tops and trousers!

Softpebbles · 06/03/2020 07:01

Oh and whilst I’m here. I got an email from hush yesterday. Oh my that jumpsuit, the denim one, but £110 and realistically I would hardly wear it!
