Done the dog walk, now popping to the shops. Faux leather leggings from the ASOS sale, with my old faithful top shop boots and a hard rock tee.

@Sooverthemill - I’m actually rather enjoying being at package-neutral, and not having to bother going to the Post Office and queuing to return things.

@Oubliette I understand! I use DH to do all that as I can't get out of the house, he does hate it though. The PO lady calls him Mr Parcel.

Thanks @Purplecatshopaholic I've had it for a few years now, I also like it in the spring with trainers.

@oubliettebravo I'm also enjoying not having lots of parcels and having to remember which ones I've returned. I've only bought one thing - a dress - since Christmas which is a definite change for me. I'll be interested to see if I actually want to buy anything when I go shopping with friends next week.

Today: watching DD doing sport (indoor luckily ) so gone for comfort - M&S jeans and Boden sweatshirt, with new balance trainers

Lovely outfits ladies. Very rainy here. Went to a soft play party yesterday for my nephew’s 4th birthday & I looked like a Hush advert 😂 no selfie but a pic from my app instead. So I wore a petrol blue jumpsuit & my gorgeous silver high tops. My BIL asked my why I was wearing a babygrow 🙄

Today I had a family party at my parents’ house.

@happytobemrsg thank you. They do amazing baby clothes, but the larger kids' stuff fits adults, too, which is so much cheaper. Duns and Lucy & Yak are two reasons money in my PayPal account lasts for all of 5 minutes... 😂

Planning on wearing this tomorrow but not 100% happy so might change my mind.
Inspired by @OublietteBravo I have my Boden trousers not brave enough to go without socks though.

Just went to my parents today for a roast. Trying not to wear jeans all the time though so wore this new dress from Sainsbury's. Would be cute with my leather jacket and black ankle boots, but it's cold so I wore my massive coat and big boots. And I really need to clean my mirror 🙈

So just wasn't happy with that outfit. Clearly tailored pieces look better on me and make me feel more confident.

Did try with the Boden trousers but works better with a skirt and took a picture so you could all see.

Today was a bit of a wake up call.. I've put on nearly a stone and today I can feel and see it. Luckily today is Monday.... I'm a bridesmaid in Sept so I really need to get on it.

I think I'm going to try and build my outfits around this jumper. It’s something I really like, but struggle to wear. I’m actually not very keen on today’s combination. I think it might be time to retire the trousers.

In fact, I'm in wide legs that make me feel fat too! I think they're better with a more fitted top.

Everyone is looking great this morning, some real trouser inspiration going on! Travelling a bit today with work, wearing an ancient vila shirt jumper combo, usual black pants, boots, cambridge satchel company bag, old grey coat from dunnes (irish shop), old maroon scarf that I think was new look? The pink top and maroon accessories are super clashy but it's my only laptop bag and I will be wearing my coat over most of the time so finding it hard to care
