I absolutely love this concept

libertyonhertravels · 15/02/2020 21:19

Great shoes dry.

Very interesting idea shop. I wonder if it will take hold?

mrsM that trench is Burberry. I watched the series and recognised it as I tried it on. I was so pleased it didn't suit me as it was obvs £££. The flap made me look like a hunchback although that was probably more to do with my terrible posture Smile

I love those shoes Dry amazing but ouch at the price.Let me know if you find a dupe!

DryWhiteagainW · 16/02/2020 08:24

Can you imagine the stress though? I’m so clumsy I wouldn’t be able to relax worrying I’d damage something

MarshaBradyo · 16/02/2020 08:30

I started watching it last night, great outfits in general but the coat frill at the back does look tricky to wear.

DryWhiteagainW · 16/02/2020 08:32

too flat but well made I bet

DryWhiteagainW · 16/02/2020 08:33

the sensible option but not terribly inspiring

DryWhiteagainW · 16/02/2020 08:34

Marsha what’s the name of that sérier you were talking about a while ago.....something -itude, like Suits but meatier....I fancy a binge

DryWhiteagainW · 16/02/2020 08:40

these were the ones I ordered but 3 was too big, 38 too small Hmm

MarshaBradyo · 16/02/2020 08:40

I can’t recall that Dry hmm why can’t I remember. The best thing I’ve watched recently is Succession.

DryWhiteagainW · 16/02/2020 08:41

That’s it M!!!

MarshaBradyo · 16/02/2020 08:41

Yeh!! Grin

MarshaBradyo · 16/02/2020 08:42

The first episode is a bit full on, you won’t like the guy but then it is really good.

Themarvellousmrsm · 16/02/2020 10:22

Thanks Justa - I did check Burberry but was probably last season. It's obviously way out of my budget but nice to know where things are from.

Nice ballet pumps Dry-hope you find a pair you love and comfy nice to wear. Actually I love the whole outfit the model is wearing.

Out for lunch today, so think I'll wear HL coated skinnies, hush star print shirt and shoes boots - and as we're walking, big coat, hat, scarf and gloves!

justasecond · 16/02/2020 12:27

Dry I have found these

or

I love the first ones and was almost too scared to link as I want to get them but was trying not to spend this month on non essentials. Hope my size is still there on 1st March!

kittyhello · 16/02/2020 19:42

I love those contrast shoes, very classic. Did you return your original pair Dry?

I really need a style overhaul but don't know what I want. I'm going to have a clear out at the end of winter of all the clothes I haven't worn and want to replace them with brighter colours. I've just realised my winter wardrobe is so dull. To brighten myself up I've been wearing a pink sweatshirt with a red coat. Love a bit of colour clashing. Grin

MarshaBradyo · 17/02/2020 21:41

Kitty I’m a fan of red and pink.

Justa love those, great find.

I haven’t finished so no spoilers, but oh my, the female lead in The Split is annoying.

DryWhiteagainW · 17/02/2020 22:56

Justa wow, I’ve ordered both to try. Look perfect. Wish the nude body with black toe had a buckle fastening because I’m between sizes which was the issue with the Dune ones. Will see and report back. Thanks so much.
I wore a beret today...felt like a spy all day !!!!

Themarvellousmrsm · 19/02/2020 23:11

Love these

Slingbacks, any good Dry? Heel looks a bit weird but once on, look good

Top and bottoms - maybe too much worn together?!

Quirky & cute

Love the fluffy cuffs

Lib perfect colour for you

MarshaBradyo · 20/02/2020 10:48

Nice MrsM

Dry what did you decide?

libertyonhertravels · 22/02/2020 07:27

Oh that Vince jumper is gorgeous MrsM. Not sure I could justify the $$$ though.

I bought these trousers today. They'll work with lots of my knitwear.

I want a really lovely cream silk blouse, preferably with a pussy bow tie and I'd like a less expensive version of that Vince knit.

Morning, so I kept these thank you Justa. I loved the black pair with the nude toe but was very sensible and decided I couldn’t have both!!!!!

I’ve got into berets recently. Actually, I’ve always like them but felt a bit stupid wearing mine. Plucked up the courage and just went for it the other day and felt good, then bought another one in pale grey.

Was in Europe for the weekend. LOTs of women of all ages wearing Grenson style chunky lace up boots, v practical footwear in the cold I guess, they did look v stylish.

DryWhiteagainW · 23/02/2020 08:20

Oh and I’ve just received my first Gym Shark stuff. Excellent quality gym kit at a good price, lovely colours and great suck-you-in fabric. Love

justasecond · 23/02/2020 19:10

So pleased the shoes were keepers Dry! I still have my eye on the black pair but trying not to cave before 1st March Grin
Love the green vince jumper too
Cream trousers look great Lib I really like them with the tobacco colour shirt too.
Have kept up with no spend Feb so far. I am worried about the cost of all the impending home improvements and now wondering whether its all even necessary. Have you started your work yet Marsha?

Themarvellousmrsm · 24/02/2020 07:20

Well done on your no spend February Justa. I'm ashamed to admit I bought a jumper yesterday Blush. Can't link as it's from a local independent shop (& can't find online) she's really good at stocking items not generally found in the UK - mostly Spanish and Italian lines mid to high end high street prices.

Dry glad you had a great weekend away-we'll be visiting the same place in a couple of weeks, going by train for a change.

This dress from Sezanne caught my eye - love the sleeves
