Ooo fab links Lib, love, love the Rixo blouse.

Marsha sounds like you have some major renovations planned-good luck!

Interesting article on the bag restoration; I caught the tail end of a documentary about behind the scenes at the V&A , how they restore and display items, it was fascinating especially as it included some dresses for the Dior exhibition. Have downloaded the full program and set to record the rest of the series - BBC 1 (I think) on Thursdays.

libertyonhertravels · 09/02/2020 08:49

Another green dress I need to try on some Rixo dresses, I love the shape and swishy'ness' of this one.

MrsM I'm swooning at Rixo. Fantastic shapes, colours and patterns.

Great links Lib, the Saloni jungle dress is ace. & Love Rixo too, keep wondering if I can justify a dress but just don't think I'd get the cost per wear.

On the jungle theme, how nice are these PJ's?

Stokey · 09/02/2020 12:14

Also anyone seen any jungle themed place mats? Got a new wooden dining table & need something to go on top, I don't think I want to cover it with a full table cloth.

kittyhello · 09/02/2020 13:23

Great links Lib loved the first dress you linked.

shopafrolic · 09/02/2020 13:37

westr is it really that ££££ WOWSERS. I have my Joseph leather skinnies, I think I’ll try them with white hi tops at some point.
Lib lovely links - shoes for Dry were especially perfect Smile
I’m feeling a bit fragile today so am curled up on the sofa with tea and chocolate.

shopafrolic · 09/02/2020 13:40

@Stokey too much?

shopafrolic · 09/02/2020 14:13

God I love Miley in this TF jumpsuit Double belt and bag are fab too.

MarshaBradyo · 09/02/2020 14:37

Love that look on Miley, I watched a bit of one of her concerts on TV I think it was Glastonbury, she looked incredible.

Great lots of links! Going to have a look.

Interesting Stokey ours would be kitchen and back only and they’d seal it off. They said 4 months though. How long did yours take?

MarshaBradyo · 09/02/2020 14:38

Love that sweater Lib I like those colours together.

CarolineBingley · 09/02/2020 15:50

You're amazing Lib! Love all the links, what a lovely Sunday afternoon treat.Smile That Richard Quinn "mickey mouse" type dress....WTAF?!!Shock going to have a little peruse now!

CarolineBingley · 09/02/2020 16:10

I would love to wear these bottega veneta lido mules. I could so see myself wafting around in them and a floaty summer dress on holiday!

MarshaBradyo · 09/02/2020 16:48

Oh yes lovely Caroline

Here’s 100 best Oscar dresses Vogue apparently it’s tonight.

Karcheer · 09/02/2020 20:50

@CarolineBingley I’m sure I linked the topshop dupes awhile back, they are sold out now, thought they got a cool reception here.

Karcheer · 09/02/2020 20:52

Do you think this would be itchy?

libertyonhertravels · 09/02/2020 23:11

Hmmmm I'm not keen on the mules either BV or TS! But karcheer I'm a fairly slow adopter of new trends.

I love that OS cardigan. Alpaca can be itchy, it depends on the size of the fibres. You'd probably have to try it. Depends on the wool it's mixed with too. Lambswool can be itchy.

shopafrolic · 10/02/2020 08:25

OMG Janelle Monae looked insane (in a good way) at the Oscars.

Themarvellousmrsm · 10/02/2020 08:29

I have worn mules in the past but not so keen now but only because I can't walk in them!

Karcheer that cardigan does look a bit scratchy but worth trying it-love it in the orange colourway.

Anyone had a look at the Oscars fashion? As always, some fab and some not so fab looks. From what I've seen so far, I'm loving Janelle Monae, Idina Mendell and a vintage Chanel-can't remember actor. Will link in a mo

MarshaBradyo · 10/02/2020 08:31

I’m having a look not noticing much I love. Janelle M and Mindy in mustard so far I guess.

MarshaBradyo · 10/02/2020 08:34

I can’t walk in mules either.

Sigourney W is incredible for looking so good. Many look really pretty but I don’t love the dress.

Really dislike Olivia C’s and not keen on Laura Dern or Saoirse(plus better without a fringe).
