I love these for winter as im always walking the pram and my face suffers.

They are usually on the high end price wise so I wondered if anyone had recommendations?

I had a sample of ten of these. I wanted to hate them and say- overpriced rubbish. While using them I had people at work comment on how great my daughter e looked :( the price makes my damn eyes water www.elizabetharden.co.uk/advanced-ceramide-capsules-daily-youth-restoring-serum-1001A0104500.html?cgid=our-top-capsules they are brilliant- sadly

Daughter-face. Daughter has youth on her side

AnnaMagnani · 26/11/2019 21:41

If you want ceramides, you could buy Cerave for a fraction of the price of Elizabeth Arden. It's also fab but lacks the posh packaging.

Solihooley · 26/11/2019 21:43

The ordinary rosehip oil. Be warned though, once you buy one ordinary product others will follow!

doadeer · 26/11/2019 21:47

Haha I didn't think to buy rosehip! I like ordinary and fancy 😂

Clarins blue orchid is always my favourite. It's about £30 though.

ChanklyBore · 26/11/2019 21:56

Super facialist cleansing oil, the vitamin c one. Smells delicious, feels lovely, and after a few weeks of use I am very happy with it. Not expensive.

ironickname · 26/11/2019 22:01

Odacite has a huge range of lovely oils.

ThisIsAllaMooPoint · 26/11/2019 22:02

I am currently using deviantskincare.com/collections/skincare/products/facial-oil which is gorgeous but a bit expensive.

Tinyandpetite · 26/11/2019 22:02

Thank you so much for the recommendation! Could you link me to the item I need please, I’d be very grateful :)

MistyMinge2 · 26/11/2019 22:05

Another vote for Rosehip oil. Love the stuff.

I've got The Ordinary one at the moment, and it's true, more of their range follows.

thenightsky · 26/11/2019 22:07

I'm sure I've seen the Elizabeth Arden ceramide caps at Costo a lot cheaper.

LaurieFairyCake · 26/11/2019 22:11

Sunday Riley

Goodbye £85, hello fabulous skin 5 years younger

ihatethecold · 26/11/2019 22:11

The ordinary rosehip oil here also.

Nanalisa60 · 26/11/2019 22:22

Pixi rose oil is my favourite face oil, but I also use Aldi rose oil as it so cheap and is nearly as good as the pixi one.

Sarcelle · 26/11/2019 22:28

If you really want cheap, Vit E one from Superdrug own range is very moisturising.

My favourite was a Nude Progenius one, which I used to get at SpaceNK. Super pricey but oh so effective, really noticeable benefits. Discontinued it, in fact the whole range has died. NUde was owned by Bono's wife. I wish she would bring it back.

Do you mean the moisturiser r is there an oil? I've seen this recommended a lot, I'm tempted.

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 26/11/2019 22:39

**or

friedbeansandcheese · 26/11/2019 22:42

I like the balancing facial oil by Espa. Smells fab too.

Lamentations · 26/11/2019 23:07

Pelligrino Cerave is recommended a lot because it's really, really good. I have the big tub of cream with the blue label and although I generally use it as a body cream, it's as good, if not better than most of the fancy night creams I use. Totally agree with PP, definitely try it.

Mummy20192 · 26/11/2019 23:10

Dr organics vit e, I found it to be better than rosehip

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 26/11/2019 23:11

Thanks, I'll try it!!Smile

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 26/11/2019 23:45

Just ordered some as it was on a black Friday deal so even cheaper than normal. Baaaaaa Wink

smileannie · 27/11/2019 01:59

Currently using Pixi Jasmine oil blend. A little bit pricey too but you only need a few drops. It’s really good for winter when the weather and central heating dry my skin out.

BusterGonad · 27/11/2019 05:28

Not an oil but I loved the Decleor face balms, they are oily and thick and you warm them it up in your hands then smooth them on your face
