Hello! I used to post on here many threads back but maternity leave put a stop to new purchases!

I’ve just been having a look at the new summer collections and there are so many nice bits! Has anybody stocked up on any summer clothes recently? I’m quite liking the look of the jumpsuits and the cotton shirts.

Hi chloe! I have not bought much lately although I have a pair of ecru joggers on back order which should be here some time this month!
I am lusting after a dress and a sweater but would love a 10% off code...anyone spot any lurking around?
I have bought a couple of other things elsewhere but disclaimer...mostly gym gear as that is what I get dressed into every morning. I dragged out my Monaco trousers from a few years ago and am wearing them with Ts, so I would love to get a new T or two.

I have my eye on a few things but haven't ordered yet. This is my basket so far:

The joggers come up bigger than I thought so size down unless you like them fairly loose

My local post office has been closed pretty much since lockdown so returning stuff is a bit of a nightmare if it’s Royal Mail only. Plus side - I haven’t dared to order much as a result! Anyhow, I think I’ll just have to swallow the price difference unless the things need to go back anyway (and they seem to be due tomorrow so there is time).

I love the style and pattern of the Carissa dress, @EllaPaella, I can see it really suiting you.

I ended up ordering it late last night @Talisin. Just that - didn't go for the tops in the end.

My order came, keeping the jeans (Alma, I think) but the city shorts are going back which is a pain in the arse. The fabric is lighter than I thought - I wanted slightly more structured - and they’re real lint-attractors as well.

I have also caved and ordered the Penelope khaki star dress with the discount. It’s on back order so lord knows when it will actually turn up.

I ordered already and sent it back @Talisin - it didn't do anything for me. Just a bit too shapeless, I felt it needed bigger norks!

@EllaPaella ah now this is where I’d have the (dis)advantage as I sadly qualify on the bigger norks scale. Shapeless also sounding good after too many lockdown lunchtimes!

I think it will be a lovely dress on someone slightly less flat chested than me 😁 I'm sure you'll look lovely in it.

That Penelope dress looks lovely @Ellapaella, sadly oos at the mo. Did you size down? I might keep an eye out for a return.

@Countmeout no I took my usual size. Probably should have sizes down but I think smaller size would be too tight around my ribs.

The Penelope dress is the one I wanted (probably in a 12; have no problem filling it out on top LOL) and was busy on Saturday, forgot to order and was OOS on Sunday!
I too will be watching out for returns.

New (old) Hush stuff back on Brand Alley today. Does anyone remember that long floaty white summer dress from last year? I wondered if they’d have it as it didn’t sell out and never went in the Hush sale but no joy.

My pink Carissa dress came today and I really like it.
I'll wear with wedges or white pumps and a denim jacket. The colours are beautiful.

Really hope it works. It’s the same style as a dress I got in Zara last summer (at about 1/3 of the price) and I’ve worn loads. Just a bit unsure what rayon is - which is what it’s made from.
Anyone got the blue T-shirt dress at £75. It’s the sort of style I like but I’m 😱 at the price. Maybe in the sale. Wondered if it would wash well.
