@soover cute sweatshirt but too white for my life with 2 dogs lol. I want something big and cosy to wear to and from my hot yoga studio and you get cold really quickly going outside all sweaty. My zip and broken on my current gym hoodie so I am reassess what I want next.
Will we still have an Xmas title by Easter? Lol

@whiskyremorse it's actually a pale yellow. However, I know exactly what you mean, I have 2 large dogs one of which is still at the jumping up stage even though he ought to know better and we've obviously badly trained him And we have 3 cats who like nothing better than paddling my chest and one suckles too! So, sensible top then!

Nothing much to report, Dh gave me a voucher he had for next so got a couple of more spring like tops, lightweight jumper & a nice linen mix ombré top which I thought would look nice with shorts.

Oh I love that yellow. 👍

We got married on Thursday!🥂🍾 for all on the thread!!

Had a lovely meal out afterwards at Rick Stein’s, and a night away in a hotel.

Now I have no money to spend until my birthday...unless I manage to find a job (start looking this week). 🤞

Thank you! 🌷We’ve been together a long time and our respective families are scattered round the country/globe so we just had a simple registry ceremony with my two daughters as witnesses. It was really lovely. We’ll celebrate more as and when we manage to catch up with friends and family, but it was a perfect day just for us. 😊

@Ninkanink congratulations. Sounds like the perfect celebration. I have seen the outfit you chose I think but can we have a photo of your happy day?

My latest purchase from Hush was the gorgeous fluffy green cardigan in the sale. It is gorgeous. That and both the blue and snake print iris dress [ the old ivy] Love it all sadly so no good for the bank balance.

I’ve been away from the fray for a while but the new season things are so tempting! Anyone bought or tried the khaki Gillian trench?

never had a lot of expense with house stuff & later this year we need new carpets upstairs & a new car😱 so clothes spending definitely has to be on the back burner for quite a while.

Though a lot is still on John Lewis website!

Got the new catalogue yesterday and really liked the look of a couple of things but sooo disappointed by the fabric content.

And lack of discount

If the sale has finally ended perhaps it will all turn up on Brand Alley next. Some lovely dresses in the catalogue

@kate you can always refer a friend and use the referral code if you have a different email address/get a friend to order for you

Why do Hush make it so laborious you use a code? I’ve never known a mainly online retailer to do this. It is pointless as people set up other emails/share codes etc. They haven’t an exclusive brand and I find their online business model very strange!

@theschoolonthehill the code is to get a discount. You don't have to use a code to purchase at full price. As far as I'm aware ALL online retailers use promotion codes at various points in the season. People just want a bargain!

Yes I know what a code is for. I buy all my clothes and footwear online and Hush is one of the slowest to give codes. I’m even one of the nonsensical sounding ‘Hush friends’ and the codes are still infrequent. Practically all the other stores give out 10% discounts regularly. The reason they do is is because everyone wants a reduction of the highly marked up clothes being sold!
