In light of the several upcoming engagements for W&K while H&M allegedly take a 6 week break!

I wonder why she doesn't just use a handheld steamer instead?

Well, it's a lot of velvet. Besides, one can have a cup of tea or a glass of wine while it's steaming (my suggestion, not Angela's).

AdaColeman · 12/11/2019 23:37

Leti looks super in the Cuba photos, very understated.

SenecaFalls · 12/11/2019 23:40

Catrescue1971 I'm so eager to read Lady Glenconner's book that I ordered it from Amazon UK because it's not available in the US until March. It should be here just in time for the Thanksgiving break.

thatone · 13/11/2019 06:43

I don't love KM's look from yesterday. I have a pair of trousers in that colour and find it really hard to know what colour to wear with them - usually ends up being either black or white.

keiratwiceknightly · 13/11/2019 06:50

I know she's not royalty but she does pop up on these threads occasionally y virtue of sibling relationships... Pippa M was out and about yesterday looking v chic in red top and trousers. I'd never think of doing this but she looked great - and I particularly liked the navy bag and shoes, rather than the mire obvious red.

(Inspired by the DoC, I'm wearing burgundy skirt and grey blazer to work today!)

Wetdogloveshubert · 13/11/2019 07:15

I like the loose shaping on this outfit. I thought relaxed clothes were meant to be fashionable at the moment, but we don't often see that in evidence on these threads!

Looks a bit prison issue to me...

WineOrGinOrBoth · 13/11/2019 07:30

Hmm not sure. The Lady Glenconner book looks good but will wait till it’s reduced I think.

vivacian · 13/11/2019 08:54

I have the Glenconner book on my wish list, the price has shot up recently so I'm going to wait until January or the paperback comes out.

I'm not keen on Pippa's look. It reminds me of those all-the-same-colour-tracksuits some people wear. I always think it looks odd on adults.

queenofarles · 13/11/2019 08:54

DOC look yesterday looked corporate like. And dare I say it? Ageing Shock I also thought the jacket was short, wish she’d try a more longer slightly oversized blazer. Not to mention those short trousers. They need to go.

Anyone watching the morning show on Apple Plus?
Jennifer Aniston clothes are to die for, one particular look really made think " if only DOC wears something similar,". Its a simple grey cashmere jumper tucked into grey wide leg trousers, the proportions were right not ankle length or short, looked good.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 13/11/2019 08:58

@queenofarles
Yep, I’m watching the morning show.
I’ve started a thread on the Streamed TV topic.

beanaseireann · 13/11/2019 09:01

Queenofarles
I agree the jacket was too short as were the trousers yesterday and I didn't think the jacket trousers and 'blouse' all matched.

Charles and Camilla on their way to India

I hope Camilla wears some local Fabrics and colours.
The Pakistan clothes were such a treat and Camilla loves a tunic / trousers combo in hot countries.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 13/11/2019 09:09

I know the event has been posted already, but I didn’t notice the giant diamonds in CPV’s tiara

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 13/11/2019 09:10

Princess Beatrice in Top Shop

escapade1234 · 13/11/2019 09:14

Pip Middleton looks to me like she’s gone out in her pyjamas.

escapade1234 · 13/11/2019 09:17

I didn’t like Kate’s look yesterday either. The flappy trousers make her legs look short. Reminds me the hideous cullottes she kept wearing in the summer.

frugalkitty · 13/11/2019 09:19

Curly that link is very disappointing....I was expecting to literally see Beatrice IN Top Shop Grin

QueenOfTheAndals · 13/11/2019 09:21

Beatrice's dress is interesting but I think it needed a little bit more length. Not keen on Pippa's look - as someone said upthread it's a bit prison uniform!

And while I’m being a negative Nelly, am I the only one who thinks Queen Letizia looks really snooty and aloof all the time? Maybe it’s the botox.

escapade1234 · 13/11/2019 09:22

Sorry, I know, critique the clothes not the person!

JaimeBronde · 13/11/2019 09:28

Thanks Queen

Found this photo of Kate's paternal grandparents on their wedding day.
Kate's DGF with his bone structure & smile reminds me of William.
Kate is distantly related to William through her Dad & Grandfather. They are all descended from Edward III.

There are many celebrities distantly related to HMQ. Apparently Beyonce & HMQ are 25th cousins once removed through Henry II.

Mind you we are all probably have a royal ancestor somewhere down the line.

@frugalkitty my DD is 13 & luckily likes her Natural Collection concealer. However I caught her using my Guerlain Les Meteorites the other day!
I tried my Elemis Modern Rose Shower & it feels & smells divine!

Same Frugal 😂

QueenOfTheAndals · 13/11/2019 09:33

@JaimeBronde I actually have relatives who live in Adel. Had no idea Kate's family were from that part of the world!
