Kate’s hair looks great, but she look exhausted.

Meghan looks a mess and the coat belted that way gives the illusion of a bump (which wasn't at all apparent in her jeans & shirt ensemble at the bakery the other day). Why risk attracting the inevitable negative comments? She might have got away with the slouchy boots with an impeccably sleek and tailored coat but they look a bit casual for the occasion.
That's the worst I've seen Kate look in a while. Puffy and drawn. Maybe she is unwell?

I like Meghan’s hat but her coat is all sorts of wrong (is it teddy bear?).

Kate looks exactly like she always does. I suppose neither of them are doing very jolly commitments today so breaking out of their own moulds would be a distraction.

Camilla allegedly has a chest infection. If she hasn’t already quit smoking, now would be a good time.

I don’t think Meghan looks a mess. She’s sorted out her hair today; which is one of my biggest bugbears when she wears it down.
The boots look slouchy because she has long feet and very slim legs, so she probably struggles with fit. I think she should invest in some custom made boots.
I think the coat is probably either a wrap one,and she swapped belts ( thank goodness, or it really would look like a bathrobe). It’s a bit gape-y at the bottom. Either her skirt is too bulky or she’s picked a coat which is cut narrow on the lower part, and because she has got a little wider across her hips and bottom since the baby, the coat does not hang straight.

I think that apart from the coat Meghan looks fine. I think that the fabric is too heavy and thick - I'm not a big fan of bunchy belted coats anyway.

I think that generally Meghan is much better at putting together fabulous casual outfits than formal wear.

The Queen in a Kent yesterday. She looks fabulous in the amethyst and I love the brooch.

I think Camilla gave up smoking years ago.
She’s supposed to be in New Zealand next weekend and usually goes early to acclimatise; so I doubt whether she will make the Rembrance Sunday balcony.

Well I’m afraid I think Meghan looks an absolute dog’s dinner today. What is that coat?? Is she wearing a wig? I like the boots but they are totally wrong for that occasion.

Kate looks incredible to me, - that waist! She probably has morning face - where your face takes longer than the rest of you to wake up.

I agree the coat is too small round the hemline.

I like Meghan's look today; I quite like the way she puts together pieces in a way that looks less sleek maybe, but that feel quite unique to her and not as easily replicated as the identikit stuff Kate wears all the time.

Meghan’s make up and hair are stunning. The hat is very pretty but the rest is yuck.

I like Meghan's hat, hair, makeup & boots. The coat looks wrong to me. Kate looks a tiny bit harassed in the first pic posted; maybe the earlier part of the morning at home hadn't gone well? 🙂

Meghan's coat is weird but from the neck up she looks stunning - hardly a dog's dinner! Kate's dress is nice enough but looks like a lot of dresses she already owns. Her hair looks good - am guessing professional blowout today.

Loving Meghan's outfit today. Wonderful colour but still formal. Very appropriate for a day when you have to bend down and don't want to flash anything.

I've seen the pictures of Meghan in her coat on the DM website (l know 🙄) and both the colour and style are flattering on her. I think some of the photos make it look a bit odd, but I think in person it probably looks fine.
The navy hat is just gorgeous on her.

I'm not particularly a fan of the pair of them, but I honestly think she's one of the most beautiful women in the western world.

I think Meghan knows how to present herself and her make up is amazing. And she has glamour. And she always looks so engaged and warm which is very attractive But I think she’s basically quite ordinary looking, frankly. I bet if she was the new deputy head you’d think “She’s pleasant looking- and what a lovely smile” but no more.

I think Meghan looks beautiful now but it's taken lots of work to get there, pictures of her when she was young show somebody pretty but unremarkable. She's improved a lot with age.

Kate was naturally attractive and a pretty girl in her teens/ early 20s but I think the tweakments she's had done and weight loss have actually made her less attractive, more drawn and severe looking than she was naturally.

Camilla sounds poorly, I wonder if she will be well enough for New Zealand trip

I think it's too small for her, and it looks like a dressing gown..

Also reckon she's pregnant again, my mum called it a few weeks ago!
