Clodagh the cook actually licked her fingers in This Morning and didn’t wash them (I was watching closely). Meh.

Chefs and cooks never seem to wash their hands when cooking meat on live TV (often with recorded tv too).

There's an interview with Meghan in the Telegraph link which may be a little OTT, but it also focuses on the empowerment angle involved with the bakery. Meghan looked fab today; she really does casual very well.
