Nice @OublietteBravo. I too am enjoying wearing tights and boots.

Got my warm coat on today. X

Miseryisabutterfly · 14/11/2019 11:43

@innuendobingo and @OublietteBravo you both look fab in your boots and skirts! Leg goals! 🙌

KiteflyingKat · 14/11/2019 12:23

Looking fab ladies!
I’ve been absent for a couple of days as life got very hectic (!).

Anyway, this outfit is completely outside my comfort zone. I’ve been wanting to try a long dress for a while but reluctant to spend money on something I might not wear. Anyway, I grabbed this dress for £7 in Tesco at the weekend.

Dress - Tesco
Leather Jacket - Religion, years ago
Belt - H&M (I think?) years ago
Boots - Guess via TK Maxx

@kiteflying I love the outfit! A bargain too. Wish we were near a Tesco ( or a Sainsbury's)

Softpebbles · 14/11/2019 14:23

Oasis skirt, old, black T-shirt, docs.

Lovely dress Kite.

Well it might be out of your comfort zone, @KiteflyingKat but you look great and it’s seasonal and an absolute steal at £7!

@innuendobingo do you know, it had never occurred to me to stick a jumper over the Tara dress. Totally stealing that idea.

Love, love, LOVE those MV boots, @Ellapaella I have wide feet and own two pairs of MV shoes and a pair of trainers that all fit (have also tried a couple of pairs of boots in the past) but do need to go up to an 8 rather than down to a 7 as an actual 7.5.

Ellapaella · 14/11/2019 14:56

You all look lovely and @KiteflyingKat I love your red dress, agree that you look fabulous.

@Talisin I knew you'd love the boots 😉 I am always in envy if your boot choices so I thought you'd appreciate these. Here they are, they arrived today.
The fit is spot on in my usual size (7 because I size up from 6.5 due to wide feet). The leather is so soft, much softer than DM's. I just love all the details on them as well. Definitely keeping and were worth the price (with the discount) as I'm seriously impressed by the quality.

They are lovely Ella! You look great!

Sooverthemill · 14/11/2019 14:59

Boots are great @Ellapaella. Where's your jumper from?

Softpebbles · 14/11/2019 15:02

@Ellapaella those boots look great! I meant to say mint velvet are usually ok as I have some of the flat studded t bar shoes. X

Ellapaella · 14/11/2019 15:06

@Sooverthemill it's Superdry. I bought it in the summer sale, think it was reduced to about £25 and it's really warm.

OP posts:
Talisin · 14/11/2019 15:39

Oh wow, Ella - I love them even more after seeing the stud detailing on them. Gorgeous!

innuendobingo · 14/11/2019 20:47

Haven't stopped all day and then had DC2 birthday celebration (2 today) this eve so outfit run down is as follows

Mint velvet pleather leggings
New Ugg black boots
Scarf And Hat as previously modelled haha

KiteflyingKat · 15/11/2019 07:37

I like this look @KiteflyingKat ! I find it so hard to find the dress part to actually fit me properly rather than look sack like!

OublietteBravo · 15/11/2019 08:27

You look great (as always) @KiteflyingKat. I’ve never considered a pinafore dress, but I wonder if I should. I’m a bit scared that this thread is encouraging me to expand my wardrobe. I’m supposed to be decluttering!

I seem to be essentially monotone today (I definitely default to navy).
Silk/merino jumper: Jigsaw (sale)
Trousers: Gap (old)
Boots: Celtic & Co (2017)

Love a pinafore dress but have to watch how it fits across the chest!

Dodgy jumper jeans and boots!

Sooverthemill · 15/11/2019 09:25

@KiteflyingKat and @Oubliette great outfits, really nice

I'm in lots of pain and struggling with stuff like putting my pants on! So I've defaulted to
Jumper: mango new, cheap, man made
Joggers: Tesco eons old as I haven't lived near a Tesco that sells clothes for over 3 years!
Trainers: ancient esprit

Comfort level: high
Apologies for hair, can't reach back to brush it!
And untidy room

innuendobingo · 15/11/2019 10:04

In town trying on some Christmas dresses , dark blue velvet is Zara with random tassels and slight shoulder pads
Green sequin is H&M and my fave , wish it came in a silver or light rose gold
Last one is silver but those shoulder pads! I'm too young for those I think !

Similar @Sooverthemill , trackies from
Jack wills , purple Adidas Gazelles (Special London underground Edition) same top as yesterday and jumper.

Sooverthemill · 15/11/2019 10:18

@inuendo the middle one is nicest imo

Ellapaella · 15/11/2019 10:27

@innuendobingo I like the second one best. Looks lovely and perfect for Christmas party season.

OP posts:
OublietteBravo · 15/11/2019 10:39

@innuendobingo - the green one is lovely. Maybe get shoes/ankle boots in silver/light rose gold to wear with it.

KiteflyingKat · 15/11/2019 12:41

Another vote for the second one @innuendobingo

@Sooverthemill hope you feel better soon

Sooverthemill · 15/11/2019 13:24

@kiteflyingkat thank you! I have osteopathic appointment on Monday afternoon and just trying to pretend I'm not in pain! I can't stop because of looking after DD
