Chardonnay you've got it spot on with 'Meghan does good shoe' I completely agree. I really like the cut and colour on Kate today, the style really suits her frame.

Kate has another similar pair of shoes from ASOS (seen at this year's Wimbledon), although those have higher heels.

Going back to the literal dressing thing, I was watching a vox pop thing on the news the other day and they were talking to two Scottish people in Scotland.

The shoes are truly awful. I can well believe that they're from New Look. They look cheap n nasty.

Love the blue of Kate's outfit today. She looks relaxed and cool and comfy. I have to say, New Look shoes are like bricks IMO. If i were Kate i'd happily embrace the occasional wear of Accessorize earrings and Asos fashion, but cheap shoes .... no. As long as i could afford it no cheap shoe would EVER go near my feet! In her shoes (boom boom) hot country, post flight, i'd stick with lovely soft £££ footwear.

About The black dress outfit on Diana; in the 90's sheer black tights were fairly de rigueur for when you wanted to look 'dressed up'. They do look weird now. Today it would be bare legs with a light tan or very sheer flesh coloured tights for making an impact with a dress like that. Still love that choker she wore with it though!

William's navy suede desert boots - interesting choice. Would have thought they'd have been a bit hot.

Kate's outfit today is a gorgeous colour and it's very flattering. The shoes are hideous.

William can look ill at ease at the best of times so I can't really see him donning a sherwani! But he may surprise us yet...

I hasten to add that that I love Kate and I think she is stunning but she and Meghan continually disappoint me style-wise. I'm really only here for Max and the Swedish tiara events (countdown to the Nobel prizes starts here...)

Kate's outfit for the school visit today is gorgeous. You can tell its by a local designer. She looks beautiful. And Max's sari-dress, what a dream!

Max's blue lace number is fine in my book - headdress not so keen .

I remember my mum pulling a face at me wearing black tights as she thought they were too daring. 🤣
I had tights in all sorts of colours to go with different outfits and a lot of them had spots or lines or squiggles embossed on them. I must have looked a fright, but I loved them!
William definitely has his "look" which is in his comfort zone. He doesn't strike me as comfortable on show so maybe feeling comfortable in his clothes is his coping mechanism. I appreciate that Kate and Meghan are not given the same leeway.
